I have been sober ever since."

Teigen told People that she doesn't believe in dieting. "I've thrown all of that out of the window, I think now at this point in my life it's more important for me to enjoy things as they come," she says. "I eat things when I want them. Because if I don't my mind personally goes crazy. I kind of put my mind over body a little bit, mind and spirit over body. If it's going to make me happy and make me feel good, then I indulge in it."

Teigen revealed on Instagram that she likes to use electric muscle stimulations, or EMS. "An EMS workout involves the same movements as many other workouts," Blake Dircksen, D.P.T., C.S.C.S., from Shape Treatments tells Shape. "The difference is the addition of electrical stimulation to recruit more muscle fibers."

Teigen told Shape that she's a fan of green juice and drinks it often. "I love green juices—the ones that include lots of actual greens and don't include too much apple," she says. "Because those are just meant to be yummy and we all know things that are too yummy aren't the best for us unfortunately."

6

She Avoids Light Dinners

Teigen tells Delish that dinner is her heaviest meal of the day. "It's funny, I start every day attempting to be healthy, but then dinner is when I always mess up," she says. "By then I'm feeling deprived, so when I finally get home around 11 o'clock I end up eating a heavy dinner. I don't like food on the go and I don't do snacks—I need meal meals. I end up waiting until the time I'm sitting at home in front of the TV. It's always pretty hearty—I love a big rib-eye. If I have a salad or something lighter for dinner, I wake up around 2 a.m. and go candy crazy. So I need to find that balance—still working on it!

She Avoids Carbs & Sweets In The Mornings

For breakfast, Teigen says that she has some foods she always eats, and some that she avoids altogether. "I have to have eggs every day," she says to Delish. "I like a farmer's breakfast: two over-easy eggs, turkey bacon or pork sausage, sliced avocado, and grilled tomatoes. I can't do pancakes or else I just want to go to bed. Eggs are my must—with a ton of Cholula on top." Teigen also has one red flag when going out for breakfast, "I get really mad when I hear there's a continental breakfast somewhere. I'm not a big breakfast pastry, chocolate croissant girl."
