1. She’s Sober

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - October 27, 2021Gotham/GC Images

Teigen revealed that she had decided to get sober at the end of 2020, and has been open about her journey ever since. In September, Teigen revealed on Instagram that she is “50 days sober.” She wrote, “It should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. this is my longest streak yet! I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!!” She added this week, also referencing a scandal in which she was accused of cyberbullying someone: "I'm actually a hundred days sober today and I'm so excited," Teigen told Hoda Kotb. "I feel so good, I feel very clearheaded. I feel like I've done the work and I just hope these people can forgive and be able to welcome the fact that hopefully, they've seen me be better."

2. She No Longer Diets

Empty,Plate,Fork,Knife,On,Concrete,BackgroundShutterstock

Teigen spent many years as a model, which meant dealing with beauty standards and keeping a certain weight. However, she revealed to People that she’s no longer dieting. "I've lived a whole life. I've spent way too many years counting calories, scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself," she says. "I've been trying to figure that out for so so long."

3. She Makes Time For Self-Care

Teigen tells People that she’s making time for wellness and self-care, and that she is doing things that she never thought she’d do. "I will say I indulge in some things I thought were maybe cuckoo before. I do appreciate a good sound bath and I'm learning to meditate," Teigen says. She jokes that she isn’t great at meditation “because I really think so, so much."

4. She Stays Active

Teigen says that she tries to get moving as often as she possibly can. She says to People, "I do love yoga and pilates now but the balance in it is really nice because it's nice to be able to kill two birds by playing with my kids and getting that activity in honestly. To me that's more fun.”

5. She Doesn’t Stress About Her Weight

Teigan tells Women’s Health that she no longer stresses about her body or her weight, and she no longer sets goals for how much weight she wants to lose. “Since I was 20 years old, I had this weight in my mind that I am, or that I’m supposed to be. I’ve been so used to that number for 10 years now. And then I started realizing it was a swimsuit-model weight. There’s a very big difference between wanting to be that kind of fit and wanting to be happy-fit.”

In a 2015 interview with Women’s Health, Teigen opened up about her diet. She says that eating healthy is something that is important to her. “I’ve always had to watch myself,” she says. “My family is not naturally thin and we put on weight quickly. I find low-carb works for me. Even when I eat healthy grains like quinoa I keep them to a minimum.”

2. She’s Motivated To Workout

Teigen shared her motivations to stay in shape with Women’s Health. "I used to take pride in the fact that I didn’t have to work out, and then I hit that age where you have to," she says. "I want to drink champagne and have hearty dinners, so I would rather work out for an hour and be able to do what I want.”

3. She Changed Her Approach

After having her second child, Teigen made a lot of changes. In an interview with Women’s Health, she revealed that she wrote a new cookbook based on her new lifestyle. “Two kids in, you can’t eat the way you used to. I changed, so the book had to change. With the first book, I wanted to get people out of the headspace of a 15-minute meal with less than five ingredients. Now I identify more with the people who don’t have time for that shit.”

4. She’s Honest

Teigen is all about honesty. She tells Women’s Health that she doesn’t want to contribute to unfair standards on social media. “I know they’re Facetuning, Photoshopping—and even I’m getting down on myself! Imagine the girl who’s out there scrolling and feeling like she isn’t good enough.”

5. She Took Advice From Others

Teigen shared the best piece of wellness advice she’d received in her Women’s Health. She says that she received it from fellow model, Candice Swanepoel. “I had never seen such a beautiful woman in my entire life,” Teigen explained. “I was like, ‘You’re gonna tell me that you eat pizza every day and never work out.’ And she said, ‘Oh, fuck no. I work hard for this.’ That was so important to hear.”

6. She Does Planks

Teigen shared some of her favorite workouts with Women’s Health. She says that she likes to do planks to stay in shape. “Sometimes I think I’m the weakest person, but I can plank for 20 minutes,” she says. “I’ve always had a really strong core, but it’s truly in the core of my body. Like, the stuff that’s on the outside.”

7. She’s Comfortable With Herself

1. She Doesn’t Drink Her Calories

Teigen found a great way to cut calories and improve her life. She revealed in September on Instagram that she was "50 days sober," after slipping up. "It should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. this is my longest streak yet! I still dunno if I'll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don't get more fun, I don't dance, I don't get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!!"

2. She Has a Balanced Approach to Eating

Chrissy maintains balance with food. "I've lived a whole life. I've spent way too many years counting calories, scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself. I've been trying to figure that out for so so long," she told People. In another interview with the publication she revealed that she eats healthy most of the time, though doesn't always share photos of herself “at the gym or making green juice,” she said. “So I think people think that I don’t do that. But if I post me eating Taco Bell, I probably had a fantastic breakfast and lunch, or I’ve been good that entire week!”

3. She Is Active

Chrissy maintains an active lifestyle. "I do love yoga and pilates now but the balance in it is really nice because it's nice to be able to kill two birds by playing with my kids and getting that activity in honestly. To me that's more fun,” she told People. “Sometimes I’ll go two months without working out and them my trainer will be like, ‘What the hell, get your ass back here!’ And then I go really hard,” she said in another interview with them.

4. She Avoids the Scale

Teigan isn’t a fan of weighing herself. "Since I was 20 years old, I had this weight in my mind that I am, or that I'm supposed to be. I've been so used to that number for 10 years now. And then I started realizing it was a swimsuit-model weight. There's a very big difference between wanting to be that kind of fit and wanting to be happy-fit,” she told Women's Health.

5. Do Drink Juice

Teigen loves getting her nutrients from juice. "I love green juices—the ones that include lots of actual greens and don't include too much apple," she told Shape. "Because those are just meant to be yummy and we all know things that are too yummy aren't the best for us unfortunately." Green juice is often consumed for its potential health benefits, which may include improved digestion: Green vegetables are high in fiber, which can help support healthy digestion. And increased intake of nutrients: Green vegetables are rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like iron and calcium. Consuming green juice can help increase your intake of these nutrients.

1. She Eats Clean

“Every single thing that I put into my body is to nourish and fuel my body,” she explains, according to Prevention. “I’ve always felt that food is fuel so what you’re eating is going to help your body. So I don’t eat junk food, I don’t eat processed food. I keep only fresh and healthy ingredients in my home so I can feel my absolute best.”

2. This is Her Definition of Wellness

“For me, it’s about being aligned in mind, body, and spirit, and striving to find that ultimate connection between all of those factors,” she told Health. Her “wellness journey began” during season 2 of Glee, when she was hopped up on eight coffees a day and eating craft services at night. “I started to learn that the better I was eating and the better I was taking care of myself, the better I was looking and performing and feeling. From there, it just started to snowball.”

3. She Does These Workouts

Around her 30th birthday, "I also found out that I have PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), which is a very common condition. The side effects can be brutal—like weight gain and bad skin. I think because of my age, that diagnosis, and the fact that I wasn't working a job that kept me dancing every single day, I needed to integrate some sort of more formal workouts. I realized that I like workouts with a spiritual element—whether it's SoulCycle or hot yoga," she told Health.

4. She Knows When to Reset

Celebrities Visit People Now - December 10, 2019Jim Spellman/Getty Images

“If I find there’s a moment where I’m not working my best and I can’t think clearly, I need to reset,” she told Health. “Sometimes that’s going away or going to my therapist....Other times, it’s calling my mom or sitting outside and lighting a fire with my husband, pouring a glass of red wine under the stars, and playing music. But more than waiting until I feel I need a break, self care for me is a daily practice—it’s a bath with magnesium salt, it’s doing a meditation, it’s going to yoga. I think it’s important to get something in every day to take care of yourself.”

5. Speaking of Big Days, She Had This Health Goal on Her Wedding Day

“If you’re always taking good care of yourself, and if you’re always eating right…then no matter what comes up, you don’t feel like you need to adjust or increase or anything,” she said, according to Prevention. “My goal is to keep on this great track that I feel like I’m already on, and then I know I’ll feel great on my wedding day.” Good advice for every day.

She shared a set of photos on Instagram for the occasion. Brinkley captioned the post, “Looking in the mirror on my 70th Birthday and what do I see, I’m finally happy with the person looking back back at me. I’m no longer critical and demanding now I’m grateful and understanding. I’ve put this body thru it. I’ve broken every bone, in tiny miracles I’m all healed, in my heart and soul I’m home. It’s taken 70 years to get here, in tears and joy I’ve found my happy, so now I’m going to end this poem, before I get too sappy! Happy Birthday Indeed!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Christie Brinkley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Things That Build Her Confidence

Brinkley is open about having work done. She talked about why she chose to have it done to People. “When I look in the mirror, I want to feel like I look as good as I feel. And if you can have something done to feel more confident and better about yourself, then you feel like your face matches your spirit—and my spirit is enthusiastic and energetic."

2. She Ignores The Haters

Brinkley tells People that she doesn’t care what people think about her. Especially when it comes to the people who critique her plastic surgery. "There are always going to be the people who build themselves up by pulling you down. But then there are the women who are supporting women. And if there are little things that I can do that are going to make me feel great, make me look good for my job and that would be selfish of me not to share it.”

3. She Exfoliates Her Skin

Brinkley has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Byrdie. “I start every day by exfoliating my face. That’s something I’ve done for the past 40 years. I feel like it’s really contributed to my skin feeling fresh and smooth. Forty years ago, I read an article that said men always look five years younger than women who are their same age. They contributed that to them shaving every day, and the daily exfoliating with shaving their skin makes them look younger. I was like, I’m not going to let them get away with that!”

4. She Eats A Lot Of Produce

Brinkley is open about being a vegetarian. She tells Byrdie that she eats a lot of fruits and vegetables. “My diet is plant-based. I’ve raised my kids on what I call the ‘rainbow diet.’ I want as many colors as possible. These are all the ingredients that do wonderful things to your skin. The deep green, the leafy greens, the purples in the skin of the grapes, which produce all the antioxidants and vitamins you get from a colorful, rich diet like that.”

5. She Eats Healthy

Brinkley makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Byrdie that she avoids certain unhealthy foods. “I would say avoid sugar as much as possible. It causes inflammation...And can cause all kinds of problems... I think avoiding artificial sugar, avoiding white bread, and going for deep, rich, plant-based foods is best.”

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts.
