Slow Down

Christen lives a fast life, but admits that after her boyfriend, Jared Goff, was traded from the Los Angeles Rams to the Detroit Lions, she was forced to slow down. "I have the opportunity to slow down and focus on things I haven't been able to in a long time because of the fast paced lifestyle in LA. Of course missing my friends and family and I'm sure I'll start missing the sunshine, but honestly and truly loving it here," she told the NYPost.

Ride Horses

Harper is a big fan of going horseback riding, which boasts both physical and mental health benefits. "Sunset ride to the Hollywood sign," she captioned this image of herself on a ride.

Drink Green Juice

Christen loves drinking her nutrients. "Hoping this will cancel out all the damage I will do at brunch this weekend," she captioned an image of a bottle of green juice filled with spinach, romaine, kale, and cucumber.

Take a Hike

Christen is a big fan of outdoor activities. One of her favorites? Going for hikes. "Roxie and I have mixed feelings about hikes 🐶 anyone know any good hikes around LA?" she jokingly captioned this Instagram post, featuring herself and her pooch, panting at the top of a trail.

Don't Stress

Kristen has learned a major lesson over the past few years. "I would love to go back and tell my younger self to stop wasting time worrying about what everybody else thinks and to spend more time discovering your own goals and dreams and then go after them unapologetically," she told Sports Illustrated.

Do What Feels Right For Your Body

In 2021, prior to her debut in the annual swimsuit edition, Christen revealed she was "preparing for the SI Swim Search photo shoot by just continuing to wake up everyday and do whatever feels best for my body," she said. "Whether that's working out or taking a night to eat pizza with friends, I'm going to enjoy this exciting time leading up to the shoot. I love that SI Swim encourages everyone to be themselves so that is exactly what I'm going to do!"
