She captioned the post, “What an absolute insane honor to be named ROOKIE OF THE YEAR by @si_swimsuit along with my best friend @katieaustin. As a young girl I greatly looked up to the women that were honored with this title. So endlessly grateful to be a part of something so big and so important for woman everywhere.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Always Tries To Get Outside

When Harper had to move to Michigan with her partner, Detroit Lions player Jared Goff, she had to adjust to the weather. She admits to SI.com that it was hard for her to get outside. “The hardest part for me was adjusting to the lack of sunshine in the winter,” she says. “It made me just want to stay inside all day.” Harper says that she still motivated herself to go outside, mainly by doing new activities. “I had to prioritize ways to get outside, go to a coffee shop, try new restaurants, go for walks, go to a workout class to keep things interesting.”

2. She Buys Gear To Motivate Her

Another thing that helps Harper get outside is getting new gear. “Nice quality and cute winter gear you are excited to wear makes the process of leaving the house fun and exciting,” she tells SI.com. Harper also revealed some of her favorites in the interview. She loves bodysuits, boots, and coats, among others.

3. She Loves Coconut Oil

Harper revealed her beauty secrets to Skincare.com. “I love coconut oil and use it for almost everything,” she says. “It’s great for makeup removal, as a face mask, or to give my skin hydration after being out in the sun. Keep some in a small jar to throw in your purse - or beach bag - as you never know when you might need some extra moisture.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Harper broke down her skincare routine to Skincare.com. “In the mornings, I keep it simple. I wash my face with Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser and apply an organic almond and rosehip facial oil [to my complexion]. At night, I use coconut oil to remove any stubborn makeup left over from a shoot, then wash my face with cleanser. I try to exfoliate a few times a week—without overdoing it—and will either use a cleansing brush or gentle scrub. If I have any acne spots on my face, I avoid exfoliating the area, so that it can continue to heal. For these breakouts, I like to apply a spot treatment on the area before bed, followed by eye cream, and an organic facial oil.”

5. She Loves Face Masks

Harper loves to use face masks to take care of her skin. She tells Skincare.com that she usually uses these when she has a shoot the next day. “If I have time the night before an important shoot, I like to do a sheet mask to get my skin hydrated and prepare for the next day. It’s also a nice way to pamper yourself and rest before a big event.”

Whether they were celebrating Valentine’s Day or just vacationing in Turks and Caicos because it’s a day that ends in y, the celebrities were out in full force this week, a week that for most of us is the dead of winter. Victoria Beckham shared a throwback photo of her and Becks. Nicole Kidman wished her hubby Happy V-Day. Jesse James Decker posed in a swimsuit with her true love. And Nicole Scherzinger dressed for the occasion, in a heart-shaped dress. Read on to see all the ways these celebs stay in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Jessie James Decker

Jessie James Decker is a mother of three and feels all the better for it. "I feel like I have more energy now and I feel more proud of myself because I had two kids and know I really accomplished something,” she told Self. "Every woman has those days where she nit-picks herself, but I feel like there are not as many as there used to be."

2. Kendall Rae Knight

“When I was first came out it was crazy to just go to the supermarket and get recognized; it just wasn’t something I was used to. But, on the other hand, it opened so many opportunities for me that I just thrived from it. I mean, I came out of the show first after only a week – but myself and my team grabbed the bull by the horns. I was a Boohoo ambassador, I’ve done photoshoots aboard - it’s been non-stop,” she said about becoming famous after Love Island, to Grazia.

3. Nicole Kidman

"I run, ride my bike, do yoga, whatever I can do and wherever I am in the world," she told the Los Angeles Times. "We try to exercise as a family, which makes it much easier to squeeze in among everything else and, of course, much more enjoyable.”

4. Victoria Beckham

Beckham shared her workout of the week, which included strength training. “One strength-training tip: Don't forget to breathe freely when you're lifting the weight. Most people think that they're breathing when they're doing strength-training exercises, but they may be holding their breath. It's important to inhale and exhale fully between each repetition. The key is to avoid straining when holding your breath. You may find it helpful to exhale during the more strenuous phase of the exercise and inhale during the less strenuous phase,” says the Mayo Clinic.

5. Bebe Rexha

Rexha revealed she has felt bad about her weight. "I don't feel good in my skin and when I don't feel good, I don't want to post," she said. "And that's really honestly the reason I haven't been posting in the last year or so as much as I used to." But over the holidays, she shared some kindness about it. "To the person who is feeling down this holiday season, you got this and you will get through," she wrote in a tweet. "Sending you love."

6. Kady McDermott

“I love working out. Actually, in the last lockdown I went a bit crazy, I was doing like five or six sessions a week and I never normally do that, but I just genuinely really enjoyed it. I loved walking my dogs and making sure I have time off my phone. I get such headaches sometimes when I’m on it too much. I like doing little things like having a bath or a face mask, spending time with my friends,” she told Heatworld.

7. Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole is a protein eater, often starting the morning with eggs. "Eggs are an inexpensive source of protein, but they have many more nutritional attributes. Eggs are packed with B vitamins and vitamin D; in fact, whole eggs contain 6% of your daily intake of vitamin D which is difficult to find in food products," Meghan Sedivy, RD, LDN, Fresh Thyme Market's Corporate Registered Dietitian and Health & Wellness Strategy Manager, tells our sister site Eat This, Not That!. "Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption as well as bone and immune health."

"Three to four times a week, I get up at 7:30 a.m. while the courts are empty at Venice Beach and play full court one-on-one. Three games each up to eleven [points] ends up being 45 minutes to an hour of straight play. I'm incredibly competitive, so it's good to get this out of the way early in the morning so I can be patient with other things in my life."

2. Travis Milne

Travis Milne played the role of Chris Diaz on all six seasons. He also works on the Hallmark Channel, and talked about what he likes about it to MyDevotionalThoughts.com. “Basically our lives are stressful enough as they are,” Milne said. “I don’t want to add more stress. I don’t want to make stressful content. I want to make stuff that people watch and they can kinda escape with it. I mean, that’s what movies were in the first place, like during the Depression. "You have so much fun while hooping, and you're concentrating so hard on trying to keep the damn thing up that you don't even realize how many calories you're burning! I loved hooping as a kid, but as an adult, I now know there are so many benefits to this sneaky core work out I try and get in at least fifteen minutes of hooping a day."

5. Melanie Nicholls-King

Melanie.Nicholls`.KingMelanie Nicholls-King/Instagram

Melanie Nicholls-King played Noelle Williams on the show. She talked about the secrets behind her long career to Parle Magazine. “My strength has always been my family and my friends who are like family. This business can chew you up and spit you out and if you don’t have some calm in the storm, it’s a very lonely journey. My family and friends love me whether I’m working or not and that makes all the difference.”

6. Lyriq Bent

Lyriq Bent played Frank Gest from seasons one to five. He shared how he approaches auditions to Backstage.com. “This is my own philosophy every time I do a job: I make my situation more difficult for myself. Because more is expected of you each time you do something successful. If you do anything less than that, now you’re acting like you’ve done it all. I know I’ve not been given anything. I’ve just been working, grinding, and you’ve always got to be mindful of the work and the effort that you put in so you can continue to be successful, whatever that is to you. To me, that’s about making a product that resonates with people.”

7. Rachael Ancheril

Rachael.AncherilRachael Ancheril via Instagram/Getty Images

Don’t be hard on yourself, your journey is your journey. It took us four years to get to this point and every step of the way, big or little, is a step towards the inclusivity and connectedness I feel. Veganuary is SO supportive, and I use the information on their site throughout the year (and throughout ALL these years!).”

Danica Patrick, Disha Parmar, Kelly Gale, Ella Purnell, Jessica Simpson, Shannon Singh and Abbey Clancy are ready for summer. They each posed in a swimsuit this week, and each, in the past, has had an inspiring message about life and how to live it. How do they stay so fit? Read on to see all the ways Danica Patrick and more stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Danica Patrick

Danica-1Danica Patrick/Instagram

Danica recently had her implants removed, and shared a photo of herself before she got them. “I wish I could of told this 32 year old girl that” a big chest “won’t make you more perfect or have it all or be more feminine,” she wrote. “These were my reasons and to me these narratives are the problem. Implants just feed into it. Culture feeds into it. Social media feeds into it. Filters feed into it. Unhealed trauma feeds into it. The work is always an inside job. The real question is - how can I do the emotional work to see myself as perfect, having it all, and feminine? When we do that, we won’t seek outside validation or a way to get it. The world is just a mirror to show us where we are not healed. Super grateful to be feeling better so quickly. To be clear, the transparency of the dangers of implants are an issue. I also understand that mastectomy’s require options. However, all I’m saying is, if we don’t have an insecurity issue... any potential risk or danger go away.”

2. Disha Parmar

Disha has said in the past that one of her favorite dishes is “rajma chawal.” A key component is red kidney beans. “Red beans — including small red beans and dark red kidney beans — are a good source of iron, phosphorus and potassium. They're also an excellent low-fat source of protein and dietary fiber. Red beans also contain phytonutrients. Don't like red beans? Substitute another kind to enjoy beans' health benefits,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. Kelly Gale

"Breakfast itself was plain yogurt, homemade pistachio butter, and homemade, grain-free müesli served with chopped-up apples. Before I left for my first fashion week appointment, I used a few minutes to quickly put together my lunch for later…,” she once said. When choosing a yogurt, watch out. "The No. 1 thing” to be careful of “would be added sugar," says Jen Welper, an executive wellness chef with the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program to the Mayo Clinic. "Even though it might say it’s light or fat-free, there may be sugar added to replace the creaminess in those yogurts."

4. Ella Purnell

Ella-PurnellElla Purnell/Instagram

The Yellowjackets star said this about her role on the show to Teen Vogue: "I think Jackie and Shauna are in deep-friend love…. Maybe some of the dynamics between them are a little more complicated because there’s a lot of jealousy and possession and codependence. And that comes up a lot in female friendships."

5. Jessica Simpson

Simpson lost quite a bit of weight. “I have gained and lost 100lbs 3x so I never thought this moment could or would happen, but I’m finally spring breakin’ wearin’ a BIKINI!!!!!!

Hard work

Determination

Self Love

I enjoyed a good proud cry today 💪🏼☀️,’ she said. She balanced what she ate, according to Harley Pasternack, her guiding light and author of the Body Reset Diet. "It’s about balancing in a way that doesn’t make it painful or too much of a departure from your life before that,” he has said.

6. Shannon Singh

"I try not to be on my phone too much on a self-care day, social media can be a toxic place where you compare yourself to other people with unattainable lifestyles. I'll sit and watch Netflix or listen to music. I know it sounds weird but cleaning also brings me a little bit of therapy. I'll really clean my room and make sure it's fresh, change my bed and then get my face mask on. I'm not going to lie, I also sometimes love a glass of red wine on an evening, too,” the Love Island star told Heatworld.

7. Abbey Clancy

Clancy starts some mornings with a drink that includes kale, spinach, lime, pineapple, pear, and coriander. She also has a Turmeric latte. “Turmeric is made from an underground stem that resembles ginger root. It has a warm, earthy flavor. Turmeric is the spice that gives curried dishes their yellow color. It works well with chicken, fish, vegetables, lentils and rice,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
