Christie Brinkley celebrated International Women’s Day with a few of her favorite ladies. The 68-year-old supermodel rocked a white swimsuit in a video shared to her social media on Tuesday, looking absolutely fabulous. “Ladies .. this one’s for you! Happy #internationalwomensday #iwd,” she captioned it. How exactly does she manage to look decades younger? Read on for 7 of Christie Brinkley’s top tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Stay Active

Christie promotes activity: “Don't stop moving because you'll rust. You have to grease the joints and keep moving," she told The Cut. "As long as I do that I feel great. If you start to hold still, they'll start acting up." One way she stays fit? Exercising during daily activities. "While I'm brushing my teeth, I'm doing leg lifts. When I'm drying my hair, I do all kinds of squats,” she said.

2. Eat Big in the Morning

2021 FN Achievement AwardsDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

Christie is all about a big breakfast, which helps her stay fueled throughout the day. "A lot of mornings lately I will take a bowl and I throw some oatmeal right into it," she explained to Shape. "I rarely have time to cook it so I just eat it raw. Then I'll pour some flax seed on top of that and maybe a little wheat germ, then I'll grab a couple of handfuls of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and rinse them off, toss them in and then I pour one of those Dannon things on top and stir it up. I always describe it…it's like a really moist juicy muffin. It is so good. I feel like it is giving you a lot of good things. You can also throw a handful of walnuts in there."

3. Eat a (Mostly) Plant-Based Diet

Christie promotes a mostly plant-based diet. "I haven't touched a piece of meat since I read a graphic description of Chicago's slaughterhouses when I was 12," Brinkley told Harper's Bazaar. "I call myself a flexible vegan because, you know, Italy exists. Mozzarella and pasta exist. In France, I may have to have a piece of Camembert, you know. Un petit sandwich au fromage,” she added to The Cut.

4. Eat Colorfully

Christie infuses color into her diet. "For lunch, I go into greens and do a salad, then add a protein like a bean or nuts," she told The Cut. "For many, many, many years, I've always said go for as many colors as possible in a day," she said. "That's my main concept for making sure my kids get all the nutrients—making sure the deep greens, yellows and reds and purples, all of that."

5. Drink Hot Water with Lemon

Christie is one of the many stars who swears by this morning drink. "I start every day with warm water and lemons. It's something I picked up on my Instagram," she told The Cut. "Some days I alter it, and I get fancy and I put a little bit of mānuka honey on the rim of the glass, turn it upside down, and dump it in red cayenne pepper. Then I put the lemon juice in and then the hot water. That's when I have a little time. I figure that the pepper gets my system all revved up, and the lemon water gets everything flowing through."

6. Do Outdoor Activities

Christie stays active outside. "When I was doing Chicago, I noticed that the second you do any activity and you add your arms as though you're dancing, it revs you up. Whether it's walking down the beach and moving your arms like you're swimming, or picking up rocks and walking with them, you really start sweating and breathing heavily," she told The Cut. Bicycling, paddleboarding, surfing, skiing, and swimming are also her faves, she told Harper’s Bazaar.

7. Take Exercise Classes

Christie is all about exercise classes. "Everyone asks if I really use the Total Gym, and I do! It's perfect for stretching and lengthening my body. Last summer I got into SoulCycle, and in the winter I do yoga at Yoga Shanti,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

In this Instagram video, Cediel revealed some of her favorite workouts to her followers. In the video, she is seen doing lateral lifts, and dancing with the weights in her hands. She humorously captioned the video, “Who else gets confused exercising? Train, sing, dance, smile, repeat.” Here’s a quick handweight exercise from personal trainer Mark Langowski:

1 leg deadlift into biceps curl and shoulder press.

Men; use 12-20lb db’s, Women Use 5-10lb db’s.

“Grasp a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing inward. Standing on one leg, tilt at the waist, keeping your back from rounding, and lower your chest toward the floor until your back is parallel to the ground. Exhale as you slowly come up and, at the top of movement, curl the weights up to your shoulders, then press them overhead. Do 8 repetitions for each leg.”

Cediel likes to go swimming. In fact, she recently received the exciting opportunity to go swimming with dolphins in Cabo San Lucas. She posted this photo and this video on Instagram of herself interacting with the dolphins in the water. “Water is significantly denser than air — by almost 800 times. That means you can build muscle strength as you move through water. One study found that a long-term water exercise program was actually more effective than working out on land to build muscle strength,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Twn minutes of sun can be good for you each day because it provides vitamin D. “Vitamin D is a nutrient your body needs for building and maintaining healthy bones,” says the Mayo Clinic. “That's because your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity.”

4. Love Yourself, She Urges

“Each of us has different purposes. Love yourself, respect yourself, value yourself and treat yourself as a priority. Don’t compare yourself. FOCUS ON YOU. Sow today so that tomorrow you will reap the fruits of your effort. Change your mentality, start the transformation from the inside and you will see how you reflect it outside,” she once captioned a post.

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Romani makes sure to work out on a regular basis. She shares a lot of Instagram stories in her highlights of herself at the gym. The Mayo Clinic says that regular exercise is extremely important. “Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help you keep off lost weight. When you take part in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
