In one of her Instagram Q & A's a fan asked Christina about the secret to her amazing body. Her response? Celery juice. In the clips she sips on a huge cup of the nutrient filled beverage.

In another Q & A Christina was asked about her workout routine. "Always dancing," she responded. "I do a two week shred before any shoot or major event. I might post it on YouTube," she said.

She Hikes

Another one of her go-to stay-fit workouts? Christina revealed in the same Q & A that she loves hiking. She recently shared a gorgeous photo of herself from one of her hikes in Portugal.

She Has Major Self-Love

"To love yourself" is the "most important thing in the world," Christina said in one of her Instagram Q & A's. "If you can't love yourself how can you expect anyone else to love you," she pointed out. "When you love yourself, you accept yourself the way you are and you come to terms with the things you cannot change about yourself. When you love yourself first, you become happier as well as become a better life partner. I have daily conversations with myself," she revealed.

She Is Active Outdoors

When Christina has some down time you can find her engaging in outdoor activities. A few of her go-tos? Jet skiing, tennis, snowboarding, swimming, and snorkeling. "Misty goggles- story of my life. •Snorkeling on the reefs of Komodo island was ridiculously cool! We swam with turtles, mantas & tons of fish," she captioned this snap.
