In the morning she sips on a Bustelo espresso and eats an egg white breakfast burrito with spinach, tomatoes and turkey bacon, followed by a snack of a handful of almonds. For lunch she eats a chicken salad with cranberries, tomatoes and a light champagne dressing, followed by a dinner of two pieces each of yellowtail, jalapeño salmon and albacore sushi.

Christina tries to maintain a low-dairy diet “to avoid cellulite,” she tells People. "Limit total daily consumption of meat, poultry and fish to 3 ounces — the size of a deck of cards,

says the Mayo Clinic. "If you consume dairy products, use only skim milk and low-fat varieties, and consume them in moderation — about two servings daily. Full-fat dairy products contain saturated fat that can raise your cholesterol. Even lean cuts of meat and skinless poultry have some saturated fat and cholesterol and can be high in calories."

4. She Drinks a Lot of Water

“I try to drink as close to a gallon of water a day,” she revealed to People. “Hydration is how I keep my skin clear and my body energized throughout the day.” According to the star this equates to about seven bottles of water a day.

Exercise is a regular part of Christina’s life. “Sometimes I get completely focused and I’ll go in and work out— sometimes even twice a day— at least three times a week because I’m so excited and really into it. There’s other times when my schedule gets really crazy and I have to figure out when to fit it in. And then sometimes I’m just lazy— and it’s okay to be lazy. That’s balance for me,” she told Essence. When it comes to where she works out, she admits she prefers doing them outside. “I love outdoor workouts. In LA I’ll hike up the Canyons at a steady pace; something that gets my heart rate going. I also like to do a combination of cardio and strength training. I’ve never really been crazy about bootcamps and CrossFit; those are too rough for me.”

6. She Exercises for Confidence

What makes Christina feel confident? “Working out,” she told Essence. “For me, if I’m not in the right shape, I’m tired. I don’t have the energy to do the things I like to do, which gets a little bit depressing. Working out is great therapy too. When I workout I pray. In that moment, I am thankful because of my health and how my blood is flowing because all of that stuff is going to keep me around longer.”

"Exercise is my stress reliever," she said to People. "There is nothing like a good three-mile run for me to really clear my head and get my endorphins going.”

Madison LeCroy escaped to the beach this week, and posted several bikini photos on her Instagram story. LeCroy told BravoTV.com that going into lockdown helped her adjust her diet and start to eat healthy again. "I just said, 'This has got to stop, so I’m gonna make these foods and I’m gonna eat this kale salad and eat grilled chicken and broccoli four days a week, or whatever it was, and no alcohol for 14 days.' That kind of thing was very tough."

3. Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian may have just gone Instagram official with her beau Pete Davidson, as the two might have taken a beach vacation together, and fans speculate he took her bathing suit photos for Instagram. Kardashian has been open about her wellness routine, and her struggles with her weight after having kids. Her newest wellness venture is adopting a plant-based diet. "I live a healthy life and try to eat as plant based as possible and drink sea moss smoothies," she says to Poosh.

Singer and TV personality Rita Ora says that circuit training is the best way for her to stay active and stay in shape with her busy schedule. She tells Shape that she likes to focus on certain areas, and does a circuit for each one. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

Former Real Housewife Bethenny Frankel posted a photo of herself in a while one-piece swimsuit on Instagram, as she wanted to show off the results of her “January cleanse.” Prior to being a reality star, Frankel was known as a natural food chef, and she tells HollywoodLife that she keeps her diet as clean and as natural as possible. “I do not eat a lot of ‘fake’ foods. She recently told Shape that their workouts involve minimal equipment that focus on strength, HIIT, and balance, including complex movements that target the whole body. Most importantly, she enjoys herself. “We end up getting in an added ab workout because of how much we end up laughing,” Willis told the magazine. “Somehow she manages to keep me on my toes and turn every cardio move into an incredible-looking dance move.”

Dancing. “I do a lot of heavy sweating up on stage,” the performer told Black Doctor. “We do 90-minute shows — I’m moving around and it’s very high-energy. That often becomes my workout, just performing and being onstage. I guess you can say I exercise a lot, but really, I don’t realize I’m getting a workout while I’m dancing onstage because I’m always having so much fun.”

What is the Scandal star’s favorite workout? “I'm a big Pilates girl and I love to hike,” she told ELLE. “You don’t even want to be in your own body when [you] show up at the gym—I didn’t for years,” she added to Women’s Health. “As women, we live in this culture where it’s like, ‘You have to fix this.’ Pilates has allowed me to be focused on my appearance and my health in ways that are not abusive or critical.”

"I think the thing with Blake now is that she's understanding the importance of trying to be consistent," he told E! News. "She's no different than any other person you know, she's a mother right? So for breakfast, we’ll make ourselves maple, brown sugar oatmeal with a side of fruit. Sometimes for lunch, I will grill veggie hot dogs while Halle makes delicious kale chips. Drinking a gallon of water per day. “It's made a tremendous difference with my hair, skin, and nails. Everyone is always like, 'What did you do differently than everyone else? Why are you aging so slow?' It's something that everyone has access to and it not only helps with your beauty, it also helps with your fitness and digestion,” she told Elle. She drinks half her water by noon, “casually” siping on the other half until 6:00 pm. "A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I'll eat. That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I'm gonna eat it. If I want fries, I'm gonna eat the fries," she told Elle.

Lori Harvey’s abs were the main attraction of her Michael Kors gown, cut out to accentuate her midsection. “I usually try to switch it up and do more cardio some days and more strength training on others,” the Pretty Little Thing ambassador, who trains at The Dogpound, revealed during an interview. Her workouts usually start with a five minute warmup, followed by a few circuits of strength training, “either lower or upper body depending on what day it is and I always finish with ab work,” she said.

At first, the gown didn’t fit her. “It was this or nothing,” she told Vogue about her decision to slim down. “I would wear a sauna suit twice a day, run on the treadmill, completely cut out all sugar and all carbs, and just eat the cleanest veggies and protein. She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
