This past weekend was the famous music festival, Coachella, and many stars showed up to both perform and enjoy the festivities. One person who showed up was singer, actress, and host, Christina Milian. She posted a new series of photos on Instagram of herself posing in a blue bikini and a fringe skirt. 1. She Eats Until She’s Full
Milian broke down her daily diet and approach to eating in an interview with People. She says that one of her biggest tips is eating until she feels full. Milian says that this helps her manage her weight and avoid feeling bloated or sick. “When your stomach feels full, do not eat past that,” she says.
2. She Keeps Her Diet High Energy, But Low Calorie

Milian tells People that she makes sure to eat healthy. She says that in addition to her food choices, she also watches her calorie intake. She also says that she eats food that will give her enough energy to get through the day. “I try to only have a certain amount of calories per day, but eat right so I can keep my energy up,” she says.
3. She Stays Hydrated

In addition to eating healthy, staying hydrated is a big part of Milian’s wellness routine. She tells People that she drinks a lot of water. “I try to drink as close to a gallon of water a day,” she says. “Hydration is how I keep my skin clear and my body energized throughout the day.”

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Milian was asked what her favorite ways to stay active were. She answered, “Anything outdoors, but I like to hike. I usually go to Runyon Canyon. I know it’s going to keep my heart rate going up and down. I’m going to get what I need accomplished. I know the amount of time it’s going to take.”
5. She Stays Motivated
The Hollywood Reporter also asked Milian how she stays motivated to workout. She admits that this can be hard for her to do at times, but she mainly keeps a positive mindset. “You just gotta wake up one day and say you’re going to do it,” she says. Milian also says that she likes to have a friend with her when she works out. “Get a friend that can go with you because chances are you can force each other to go.”
