Christina has a trick when it comes to eating – she doesn’t overdo it. “When your stomach feels full, do not eat past that,” she told People.

2. Count Calories

Christina is pretty old school when it comes to her diet. “I try to only have a certain amount of calories per day but eat right so I can keep my energy up,” she told People. She starts her day with Bustelo espresso and eats an egg white breakfast burrito with spinach, tomatoes, and turkey bacon for breakfast. A few hours later she snacks on a handful of almonds. For lunch she eats a chicken salad with cranberries, tomatoes, and a light champagne dressing. And dinner? Two pieces each of yellowtail, jalapeño salmon and albacore sushi. Her grand calorie total for the day? Just 1,190. She also tries to maintain a low-dairy diet “to avoid cellulite,” she tells People.

3. Hydrate

“I try to drink as close to a gallon of water a day,” she revealed to People. “Hydration is how I keep my skin clear and my body energized throughout the day.” According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

4. Hit the Gym

Christina spends a lot of time working out “Sometimes I get completely focused and I’ll go in and work out— sometimes even twice a day— at least three times a week because I’m so excited and really into it. There’s other times when my schedule gets really crazy and I have to figure out when to fit it in. And then sometimes I’m just lazy— and it’s okay to be lazy. That’s balance for me,” she told Essence. “I also like to do a combination of cardio and strength training. I’ve never really been crazy about bootcamps and CrossFit; those are too rough for me.”

5. Take a Hike

Christina also enjoys getting her sweat on in fresh air. “I love outdoor workouts. In LA I’ll hike up the Canyons at a steady pace; something that gets my heart rate going.

6. Exercise for Confidence

What makes Christina feel confident? “Working out,” she told Essence. “For me, if I’m not in the right shape, I’m tired. I don’t have the energy to do the things I like to do, which gets a little bit depressing. Working out is great therapy too. When I workout I pray. In that moment, I am thankful because of my health and how my blood is flowing because all of that stuff is going to keep me around longer.”

1. She Removes Her Makeup

Versace FW23 Show - Front Row And InsideArturo Holmes/Getty Images

Cyrus has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her tips with Byrdie. Cyrus says that she always remembers to remove her makeup. "I always had really bad skin growing up, so I'm obsessed with taking care of my skin. No matter what, I don’t pass out in my makeup. Like I will make sure I zombie walk [to the sink], no matter how late, and wash my face, because I just think it’s so important.”

2. She Keeps Things Natural

Cyrus tells Byrdie that she is particular about what products she puts on her skin. She says that she focuses on clean products and going natural as much as she can. “I’m so obsessed with being clean. My skin was always so bad that I felt like any time anyone else did my makeup it would just take me back. I think it’s important for girls to just try and really take care of skin and keep it clean.”

3. She Doesn’t Dermaplane

Cyrus tells Byrdie that she tried dermaplaning, and doesn’t recommend it to others. “You know that famous photo of Marilyn Monroe shaving her face? I tried that once because I felt like that was a beauty secret, and it was insane. Don’t shave your face, ever. I walked out looking like my brother.”

4. She Watches Timing

Business,Concept.,On,The,Yellow,Surface,There,Is,An,AlarmShutterstock

Cyrus opened up about her life in an interview on Zane Lowe. She says that timing is an important thing in her life. “I think timing is everything. You know, I learned that whether that was in love or relationships or just comedy, I mean just even to, to make people laugh. To make people cry. There's a timing to all of it. And when you lose that timing and that connection and that awareness of, okay, I'm sensing what you're feeling, you're sensing when I'm feeling. Hmm. When you lose that, I think that's what's kind of been causing some of this anxiety and fear because there's an unknowingness of the response. You lose that when you're talking through a screen.”

5. She Wants To Appease Her Audience

Cyrus wants her fans to see her as a human. She tells Zane Lowe that she releases songs that are relatable to others. “You feel less alone when you listen to songs like that,” she explains. “And you say like, okay, this is human. I'm human. She's human. I'm human. It erases that divide between the artists and the audience. I don't like that divide. I want to be, I am my audience. Yeah. You know, and like, I don't even really like the idea of an audience. You know, I guess it's like the listener or I don't even really like the word fans.”

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

Christina Aguilera has been a pop culture icon since forever, and she still has a hold on her fans. The fashion juggernaut just posted some new swimsuit photos on Instagram from a trip to Spain. In them, she posed in a white bathing suit and cover-up, and in the pool. She captioned one post, “Loving me for me.” "A religious experience 🕊☁️," she captioned another. (Her followers agree, with Paris Hilton and others responding with fire emojis.) How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Christina Aguilera stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Aguilera has amazing skin. She revealed some of her skincare tips and habits to InStyle. “I remove my makeup with MAC wipes, cleanse with a gentle cleanser, and apply eye cream in the morning and night. My beauty must-have is a good, rich moisturizer to keep my dry skin hydrated.” "Some people are inherently a little more greasy. Some people are inherently a little bit more dry. Some people have more sensitive skin, while others can put anything on their face and skin and really have no issues. It's important that people take that into consideration when they're looking for things. If your face is really dry, you might not want to get one of those washes that's geared towards acne or oily skin obviously, because it's going to dry you out more," says the Cleveland Clinic.

2. She Has No Regrets

Aguilera tells InStyle that she doesn’t like to have any regrets. Especially when it comes to fashion. "Looking back on my past looks is always a treat because I honestly don’t feel there are any mistakes or fashion ‘don’ts’ when it comes to glam,” she says. "It’s about exploring and self-expression at that moment in time, and I am proud of the risks I took even if looking back they may not have been the most mainstream.”

3. She Doesn’t Compare Herself To Others

Aguilera opened up about several lessons she’s learned over the years in an interview with L’Official Italia. She says that one way she found self-acceptance was focusing on herself, and not comparing herself to others. “We are all walking on the path of inner research, it is our work as human beings and each one follows a different path, so it makes no sense to make comparisons,” she said. “Swim in your lane. ‘If you waste time looking over your shoulder to see what others are doing, you lose sight of it,’ is the best advice I've ever been given.”

4. She Pushes Herself

Aguilera is always looking for new ways to push herself, both in her career and in her personal life. “I have never stopped looking for new ways to push myself further,” she tells L’Official Italia. She also adds, “Without neglecting to protect myself.”

5. She’s True To Herself

Christopher Street West (CSW) Presents LA Pride's Official In-Person Music Event "LA Pride In The Park"Emma McIntyre/Getty Images

Aguilera tells L’Official Italia that she is comfortable with herself and her body. She says that she is staying true to herself and what feels right to her. “True beauty for me is the ability to know you and project what you are in an unmistakable light. Not always pretty, far from perfect, but pure.”

1. She Knows It’s “Crunch Time”

Alessandra Ambrosio knows her way around a gym, doing crunches, working with resistance bands and weights and using kettlebells. "Crunch time... 🍏‼️💪," she wrote, captioning one workout. Here’s a superset with a crunch you can do, from trainer Mark Langowski:

1. High Plank with Opposite Arm/Leg Extension and Crunch

Get into a pushup position with your arms extended. Lift your left foot off the ground and, at the same time, lift your right hand and extend your right arm out in front of you. Now bend your left knee and your right elbow and bring them both underneath you, and try to touch them together. Place your left foot and right hand back on the floor, and repeat the move with your right foot and left hand. Continue to alternate for one minute.

2. Flutter Kicks and Criss Crosses

Lie on your back and place your hands under your hips for support. Straighten your legs and lift both feet a few inches off the floor. Now flutter your feet up and down, in opposition to one another for 30 seconds. Without stopping, change direction, criss-crossing your feet sideways over and under one another for another 30 seconds.

2. She Eats Clean

Stella McCartney Celebrates Her New "Get Back" Capsule Collection And Documentary Release Of Peter Jackson's "Get Back"Rich Fury/Getty Images

“It is very important for me to eat ‘clean,’” she has said. “This principle has its roots in my Brazilian childhood. I try to eat everything that is fresh and seasonal, to keep the balance of food groups in the diet. I also instill this approach in children: even if they eat a bunch of sweets, I make sure that their diet remains balanced. I can also easily allow myself something like that - a cupcake, ice cream or fries, for example. It's only better to keep yourself in control and, if possible, try to balance such a set with healthier and more nutritious foods.”

3. She Says “Be the Best You Can Be”

“Every woman has a different metabolism and different genetics, so rather than compete with one another, concentrate on yourself and be the best you can be. Everyone has days when they don’t want to show anything. That’s what the good ol’ jeans and T-shirt are for. So many times, I haven’t felt ready for shoots. I’m like, why didn’t I work out more? It’s life.” she has said.

4. She Says “Live Like You’re On Vacation”

Can’t go to St. Barths? Pretend. “‘Forever on vacation’ is my motto,” she has said. “It’s just the way I take life. Nothing makes me feel that pissed off or out of control. Whatever I do, whether I;m modeling or doing my clothing line, ale by Allesandra, I just want to feel like it’s fun. If you’re doing something you don’t like, you’re wasting time. Life is short. There is so much to see and do and feel. We should enjoy every moment."

5. She Loves Those Kids

Of course Allesandra had a family vacation. "[My kids] always come first, so I try to spend as much time as possible with them," she told Glamour years ago. "Sometimes that means rearranging my schedule or bringing them on set." She added: "I love that I get to travel the world and discover so many different new places and cultures. Making time for everything can be challenging, but I enjoy what I do, so I make it happen."

Isabelle Mathers
Isabelle Mathers/Instagram

Isabelle Mathers knows how to turn fitness into fashion. The influencer and model has built a massive following through her stylish collaborations, and her latest collection with CSB is no exception.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. The brand captioned the post, “Our fit checks until further notice 🤎 toffee & blush by @isabellemathersx now live.” While she looks effortlessly chic, her fitness routine isn’t just about style—it’s about fueling her body with the right foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh.
