McGuinness shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that when it comes to her diet, she believes in both moderation, and finding healthy versions of what she’s craving. “I do have a sweet tooth,” McGuinness says. “I allow myself treats in moderation, mainly weekends. When I’m craving sugar, I reach for the fruit bowl, or a mixed veg and fruit smoothie.”

McGuinness tells Women Fitness that she makes sure to eat healthy. She says that a certain vegetable is a favorite of hers. “Green and protein is what I aim for. At the minute, I’m eating avocado with almost everything! Avocado with egg, avocado with chicken, avocado smash bagel. It's healthy and filling, it does contain fats, but good fats.”

3. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

McGuinness shared some of her favorite workouts with Women Fitness. “I like to do a variation of cardio, HIIT and weights,” she said. “I don’t stick to a routine; I do whatever I’m in the mood for that day. On days that I feel like doing nothing, I will pop the baby in the pram and go for a long walk, so I am still doing some gentle exercise. When I have had a good night sleep and feel like I’ve got plenty of energy, then I will interval run, followed by some abdominal workouts. I love to train my core.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Hair & Skin

McGuinness shared some of her hair and skincare secrets in her Women Fitness interview. “I love to use coconut shampoo and conditioner on my hair, and coconut moisturizer on my skin. It works wonders and smells amazing. It is thanks to my coco butter that I only got a couple of stretch marks during my pregnancies, and they are barely visible. I am lucky with my facial skin, Its rare that I will get spots or blemishes, I put this down to drinking lots of water and barely wearing make up. I often get asked what I use to cleanse my face; the truth is I only ever use water to wash my face.”

McGuinness has done squats with dumbbells. “To do a squat with dumbbells, hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Let your arms hang straight below your shoulders. Tighten your abdominal muscles and slowly descend, bending through the hips, knees and ankles while keeping your spine in a balanced, stable position. Your knees should be centered over your feet and should not move ahead of your toes. Slowly return to the starting position. You'll feel tension in the muscles in your thighs and buttocks. Visualize yourself lowering your body into a chair,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Stopped Counting Calories

McGuinness was eating way too little calories for a time, and called herself unhealthy. After having kids, she feels she is more stable. “In general, if you cut 500 to 1,000 calories a day from your typical diet, you'll lose about 1 pound (0.5 kilogram) a week. It sounds simple. However, it's more complex because when you lose weight, you usually lose a combination of fat, lean tissue and water. Also, because of changes that occur in the body as a result of weight loss, you may need to decrease calories further to continue weight loss,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Does Plyometrics

“Plyometrics are explosive exercises that increase speed, quickness and power. Most exercises include ‘jumping,’ in which the muscles exert maximal effort and force in short bouts or intervals of time. Bianca makes sure to exercise and follow some other healthy habits. “Drink your water. Exercise. Go make some money. Do your affirmations. Always be more kinder than necessary. Start a business. When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout.
