Reality star Christine McGuinness of The Real Housewives of Cheshire is on vacation in Devon. She just posted a stunning new reel of herself on the beach. In it, she posed in a black bikini, looking gorgeous. She captioned the reel, “One night in Devon. Solo sunsets are a healer. Feeling blessed to have worked on something special this week in such a stunning part of England. My passion lead me to peace. After a heavy thinking day, I took some time out on my own and reminded myself how temporary time is and how precious life is. Grateful for this night.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Christine McGuinness stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Doesn’t Want To Lose Too Much Weight

When it comes to working out, McGuinness doesn’t do it to lose weight. She tells The Mirror that fitness is more about how she feels than how she looks. “You need to focus on how you feel,” she said. “I had an eating disorder for 10 years. Constantly focusing on weight and losing it became an obsession. When you get into fitness, if you take away the scales and just go on how you feel and how your clothes fit, you become a bit more relaxed.”

2. She Strength Trains

One of McGuinness’ favorite workouts to do are strength training exercises. She tells The Mirror, “My goal is to be strong, not just slim. I want some shape and that’s why I go to the gym. When I’m lifting weights, I feel stronger.”

3. She Likes Working Out

One of McGuinness’ fitness secrets is that she actually likes to work out. She even has her own workout plan. She writes on her website, “Whether it’s at home or in the gym, working out gives me some valuable ‘me time’, where I can de-stress and focus on looking after and working on myself. I LOVE training and how it makes me feel both physically and mentally and always have done.”

4. She Works Out At Home

McGuinness has a busy schedule, which means she doesn’t always have time to go to the gym. She likes to do at-home workouts to help her stay in shape. McGuinness designed her workout plan to be done at home. “This home workout plan is all about real training, that fits into a busy schedule and gets results, helping you to become fitter, stronger, more toned and feel amazing inside and out,” she wrote on her website.

5. She Eats A Lot Of Protein

McGuinness revealed her daily diet to Closer Online. She says that she eats a lot of protein. “I usually have a protein shake first thing, followed by scrambled eggs and avocado after the gym. In the afternoon, Paddy and I will eat out at a restaurant. I’ll order chicken salad with extra chicken to get a good protein hit after exercising. In the evenings, we’ll have salmon with broccoli and sweet potato.”

Christine consumes a lot of protein. “I usually have a protein shake first thing, followed by scrambled eggs and avocado after the gym. In the afternoon, Paddy and I will eat out at a restaurant. I’ll order chicken salad with extra chicken to get a good protein hit after exercising. In the evenings, we’ll have salmon with broccoli and sweet potato. I snack on apples, bananas and grapes every day,” she told Closer. “Green and protein is what I aim for,” Christine added to Women Fitness. “At the minute I’m eating avocado with almost everything! Avocado with egg, avocado with chicken, avocado smash bagel. It's healthy and filling, it does contain fats but good fats. I do have a sweet tooth; I allow myself treats in moderation, mainly weekends. When I’m craving sugar I reach for the fruit bowl or a mixed veg and fruit smoothie.”

2. She Avoids Red Meat

Christine doesn’t “eat anything strange” and describes her eating habits as “very fussy and particular” to Closer. “I like things bland,” she told Closer. One thing she avoids completely? “Red meat. I don’t like the taste, smell, texture or appearance. If I cook it for other people, I wear gloves,” she said.

3. She Hydrates

4. She Exercises

“I like to do a variation of cardio, HIIT and weights,” Christine told Women Fitness about her approach to fitness. “I don’t stick to a routine; I do whatever I’m in the mood for that day. On days that I feel like doing nothing I will pop the baby in the pram and go for a long walk so I am still doing some gentle exercise. When I have had a good night's sleep and feel like I’ve got plenty of energy then I will interval run followed by some abdominal workouts. I love to train my core.”

5. She Loves Herself

Christine, who has struggled with body image issues in the past, including an eating disorder that affected her ability to conceive, is practicing self-love. "I do remain positive. It takes time, hard work, commitment and dedication but it will be one of the best things you can do for yourself,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “I believe exercise is great for your inner self more than your outer self. Each and every body is beautiful but if you ask me about exercise I will always encourage and support the idea. Go for it every time, do it for you! I only wish someone would have encouraged me sooner.”

4. She’s Aware Of Her Drinking

One thing McGiffin is working on this year is her alcohol consumption. She tells Best Magazine that she is working on being more aware of this. “I’m definitely more aware of how much I’m drinking, how much I’m looking after myself. After the last few months of doing that more, I do feel so much better.”

Clementine McVeigh is an extremely successful model. She just shared some stunning new photos on Instagram. In them, she posed by the pool. 1. She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

McVeigh has amazing skin, and she revealed her secrets to Beauticate. She says that she keeps it simple and sticks to basic tips. ‘It’s important to make sure you’re covering the basics, like drinking lots of water and using sunblock. I haven’t had a full on beauty routine for a long time because being in this industry I get given a lot and love to try a lot. It’s hard to be consistent, and I think your skin can get too used to the same products and needs a change.”

2. She Makes Sure To Cleanse

One of McVeigh’s biggest skincare tips is cleansing her face. She says to Beauticate, “One thing I do swear by, though, is cleansing and moisturising. I never go to bed with makeup on. It’s so important to wash your face! I really like Dermalogica Special Cleaning Gel.”

3. She Loves Foundation

McVeigh tells Beauticate that she loves foundation. She says that it helps protect her skin. “I always wear Chanel foundation, either Sublimage or Vitalumière. I think wearing a layer on your face every day helps provide a bit of protection from the elements (in addition to sunblock, of course!) And obviously I think it makes me look better. I just use fingertips to apply. I always have and will continue to, despite what the makeup artists recommend. I feel like brushes and sponges hold onto bacteria, plus I can’t be bothered.”

4. She Loves What She Does

McVeigh tells The Grace Tales that she loves every job she does. She says that she will only take jobs that make her happy. “I think it’s very important to love what you do, as you take your energy home with you at the end of day. Now that I’m a mother I know what kind of work will stress me out or make me happy. My agency are absolutely incredible, they totally get it and never push jobs. I’m not into.”

5. She’s Grateful

McVeigh has had an amazing life, and she is thankful for it. When asked what advice she would give others by The Grace Tales, McVeigh says that it would be grateful. “I have done everything I wanted to do and have traveled the world,” she says. “So my only advice would be enjoy everyday and be grateful for everything.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

Fitness,,Sport,,Training,,Gym,And,Lifestyle,Concept,-,Group,OfShutterstock

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
