1. She Has Strong Faith
Ortaleza is open about her faith and her spirituality. She posted this photo of herself holding a wooden cross over her Bible on Instagram. She captioned the photo, “It’s been a tough.. but my strength comes from my daily conversations with Him. Thank you Jesus for everyday. I hold on to my comfort cross everyday.”
2. She Takes Care Of Her Gut HEalth
Ortaleza is also open about her struggles with her health and her body. One of the things she does is taking care of her leaky gut. She posted this series of photos on Instagram raising awareness about gut health and talking about her own struggles with it. In the photos, she revealed that she changed her diet and worked with a fitness program to help her get balanced.
3. She Took An Intolerance Test
Ortaleza revealed on Instagram that she decided to take a series of tests to see which foods she has intolerances towards. “I did learn a lot of things about my body because of my food intolerance test that was facilitated by my team,” she wrote. “The test revealed my intolerances. Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Corn, etc.. I honestly felt sad because everything I used to eat & loved had all of this! I had to take them out of my system for 3-4 months! I had to reprogram for the best. I started eating what was right for my body.”
4. She Works Out At Home
Despite her busy schedule, Ortaleza still finds time to fit in a workout. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing some exercises at home. She is seen doing plank oblique crunches, bridge raises, and side planks. She wrote in the caption, “We had a pretty good work out today. Despite the lack of sleep & fatigue from setting up houses.. I was able to do well today. Saya ng pakiramdam pala! My body felt fluid.”

Squat into opposite-knee-to-opposite-elbow standing bicycle crunch. 20 reps. “Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and toes turned out slightly. Place your hands interlaced behind your head and make sure not to pull your head forward. Push your knees out as you descend and keep your chest up. Pause for a moment and, pushing off your heels, straighten your legs as you return to the starting position. Now tighten your abs as you immediately bring your right knee towards your left elbow as you exhale, and then lower your right foot back to the floor. Perform another squat and repeat the exercise, this time bringing your left knee to your right elbow. Total of 20 reps (10 to each side).”
