1. She Does WW

Ciara is a WW ambassador, recently revealing to InStyle that she is a fan of the program because it enables her to eat the “good food” that she likes. “And when you're able to have those meals, it just brings you joy and it's game-changing,” she said. “I think the discovery that you can enjoy all the good food that's out there is always kind of eye-opening and enlightening for people because typically you think you have to do these extreme plans, where you're basically only eating grass or you're not eating much besides celery and carrots, you know?”

2. She Hydrates

Ciara makes sure she drinks a ton of water. “I literally drink a gallon and a half a day,” she told People. “It’s amazing how you can work out hard all day, but if you don’t eat right you won’t see the results you want to see and if you don’t drink that water you won’t get the results as fast as you want to get them.”

3. She Trains Like a Boss

Ciara takes exercise very seriously, training with Gunnar Peterson and Decker Davis in the past and sometimes working out multiple times a day. A typical day for her could involve a weight lifting session with Peterson in the morning followed by afternoon high-intensity treadmill workouts that alternated with sprints and light jogs, and 30 to 45 minutes on the Peloton at night. “I would wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back home, pump, eat a small meal, breastfeed, eat lunch, and then go train again,” she told InStyle about how she got back in shape after having a baby.

4. She Has an NFL Star Workout Buddy

Ciara completes 90-minute workouts with Davis and her NFL star husband Russell Wilson. According to People their workouts involve cross training, Tabata, plyometrics, strength training, and cardio.

5. She Prioritizes Her Heath

Staying healthy is a daily job for Ciara. "What I learned by having that daily commitment—and it doesn’t mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover—but when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn’t so aggressive,” she told People. “That’s game-changing on the body and the mind. I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it’s very rewarding.”

Ciara is one of the most gorgeous female celebrities, and she has never been afraid to show off her figure, and wear stunning outfits. ("No 1 can do it betta," she once sang.) Her most recent Instagram photo is no exception. Ciara posed in a bright pink one-piece swimsuit, with her hair curled. She captioned the photo, “Love and sun.” Read on to see 6 ways Ciara stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Dances

Being a singer, Ciara naturally has to learn a lot of choreography for her live performances and her music videos. And she’s pretty amazing as a dancer. Just take a look at her performing her hit song “Level Up” on The Ellen Show. "Aerobic exercise keeps your muscles strong, which can help you maintain mobility as you get older. Exercise can also lower the risk of falls and injuries from falls in older adults. And it can improve your quality of life," says the Mayo Clinic. "Aerobic exercise also keeps your mind sharp. Regular physical activity may help protect memory, reasoning, judgment and thinking skills (cognitive function) in older adults. It may also improve cognitive function in children and young adults. It can even help prevent the onset of dementia and improve cognition in people with dementia."

2. She’s All About Self-Love

Ciara tells InStyle that a big part of her wellness routine is self-love. “I truly believe that self-love is key,” she says. “And my definition of self-love is taking care of myself.”

3. She Never Gives Up

Ciara tells InStyle that while she has faced a lot of setbacks in her life, she doesn’t let it stop her or get her down. “I’ve heard a lot of noes, and I still hear them to this day,” she says, “But I’m not taking my eyes off the goal. I always say, ‘I am a woman of ambition on a mission, and I’m gonna get it.’ ”

4. She Doesn’t Deprive Herself

When it comes to her diet, Ciara tells InStyle that she likes to eat healthy and try new things. However, she also says that she doesn’t like to deprive herself and avoids extreme diets. "I think the discovery that you can enjoy all the good food that's out there is always kind of eye-opening and enlightening for people because typically you think you have to do these extreme plans, where you're basically only eating grass or you're not eating much besides celery and carrots, you know?" Ciara says that she loves the Weight Watchers program for this reason.

5. She Mixes It Up With Her Personal Trainer

Ciara tells InStyle that her family works with personal trainer, Decker Davis, to keep themselves active. She says that Davis likes to mix up her fitness routine and often challenges her. “I show up and I let him do his thing, honestly, but he's always finding ways to challenge me and throwing curveballs, which keeps it fun and keeps me on my toes. It allows me to never get complacent with the process.”

6. She Loves Squat Jumps

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - November 10, 2021Raymond Hall/GC Images

Ciara’s legs and butt are pretty impressive, and she makes sure to do a lot of lower-body workouts to maintain them. She tells InStyle that one of her favorite exercises is squat jumps, saying, “I'm always looking to build my glutes, and a good way to do that is doing burst movements like squat jumps with weights and then without the weights. This fires up your muscles more quickly.”

When Ciara isn’t working out, eating right, raising three kids or recording hit songs, she’s doing something charitable or running a business. So when she takes time to pose in paradise, it’s notable. This weekend Ciara—wife of NFL player Russell Wilson—posted a series of bathing suit photos in front of an infinity pool with an ocean in the background. The caption was a simple wave emoji. How does she stay so fit while keeping so busy? 1. This is Her Beauty Routine

“I’ll be honest. I’m a very simple girl. I do wash my face twice a day. I make sure I put on moisturizing sunscreen every day. I like getting microderms from time to time. It’s good to exfoliate your skin. I’m kind of obsessed with seeing blackheads clear out—I’m weird that way. I’d like to believe that a lot of people are like that. More than anything, I wash my face twice a day and moisturize,” she told W Magazine.

2. She Embraced Her Flaws to Feel Confident

ciara-bathing-suit-januaryCiara/Instagram

“No, I haven’t always been confident. I’ve definitely had to have self talks because before I was grown up, I was one of those girls where my body developed a bit behind. I was really tall, very muscular. I used to walk with my back hunched over a bit because I was so insecure about being tall. My confidence, as far as me accepting myself physically, kind of happened later for me. Once I got older, I realized it’s actually cool to embrace all of these things that I thought were flaws,” she told W.

3. She Eats a Balanced Breakfast

ciara-bathing-suit-january-2Ciara/Instagram

Ciara has said she starts the fay off with fiber-packed oatmeal, fruit and maybe a bit of egg. “Steel-cut oats aren't necessarily healthier than rolled or quick oats, however, they may help you stay fuller longer. This is because steel-cut oats are made from whole oat groats, which is what you get from harvesting oats. Because they are minimally processed, they take longer to digest, which means they won't cause your blood sugar levels to spike,” says Eat This, Not That!

4. She Works Out Daily

"What I learned by having that daily commitment—and it doesn’t mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover—but when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn’t so aggressive. 5. She Has Done Weight Watchers

"What's been really helpful with the program is that you get to enjoy yourself. It's not an extreme diet plan. It's not like you can't eat the fun foods that I believe bring us happiness or bring us joy...Being from Atlanta and being a southern girl, I've always loved good food, good flavors and good seasoned food," Ciara told People.

1. She Focuses on Moderation and Balance

Ciara approaches diet with moderation. "All in all, my family does pretty well on making good health choices," she told Eating Well. I do find that level of moderation is best for long-term health and wellness."

2. She Follows the WW Diet

She will follow that with 30 to 45 minutes on the Peloton at night. “I would wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back home, pump, eat a small meal, breastfeed, eat lunch, and then go train again,” she told InStyle about how she got into shape after having a baby.

Singer Kelsea Ballerini just came back from a trip to Cabo. She shared some highlights in a recent Instagram post. In them, Ballerini and her friends enjoyed time on a boat, at a beach, and at a club. She wore a lot of different swimsuits, including a leopard print one-piece and a green bikini. She captioned the post, “Too many moments to fit into a dump, but here is our official submission to be the real housewives of cabo. My heart is full, my belly hurts from laughing, and if I see a margarita in the near future I may yak. Ready for the year and so deeply grateful for friendship.” Read on to see 5 ways Kelsea Ballerini stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Prioritizes Skincare

Ballerini revealed her skincare routine and products to WhoWhatWear. She says that skincare is a lot more important to her now. “In the last few years, I’ve switched from just using makeup wipes to actually washing my face,” she says. “I mean, I’m finally acting like I’m in my late 20s now. It’s about time! But yeah, my morning routine is to wash with Skin Pharm’s Gentle Soothing Cleanser ($40), and then I use hyaluronic acid, and then I use Skin Pharm’s Glow Factor Vitamin C Serum ($150), their Eye Sculpt ($75)—which is an eye cream—and then the SPF.”

2. She Double Cleanses

Ballerini tells WhoWhatWear that she makes sure to cleanse her face. She says that she even double cleanses at night. “In the evening, I’ll do a double cleanse. I start with an oil cleanser, and then I follow that with the same gentle cleanser I do in the morning, and then I do the hyaluronic acid again, and then I do Murad’s Nutrient-Charged Water Gel ($62) as the last step.”

3. She Has A Better Approach To Fitness

The 56th Annual CMA Awards - ArrivalsJason Davis/WireImage

Ballerini opened up about her approach to wellness and fitness to WhoWhatWear. She says that she has changed her outlook on exercise. “I think my relationship with the word ‘healthy’ is always evolving. I used to work out solely for the way that I would look if I did. But now, I’ve really just transitioned to listening to myself and my body.”

4. She Walks

2022 CMT Artists Of The Year - Red CarpetJason Kempin/Getty Images

One of Ballerini’s favorite workouts is going on walks. She tells WhoWhatWear that she picked this up after touring. “I could just feel that my body really needed a break. And to be completely honest with you, ever since then, I have just been walking, and that’s kind of it. I don’t want working out to become an unhealthy crutch for me. So right now, my workout routine is really just walking outside and getting fresh air and vitamin D from the sun, hanging out with my dog. … That’s what feels like a healthy place for me.”

5. She Believes In Balance

Ballerini tells New Beauty that she is all about balance in her life. She says that the pandemic is what caused her to develop this. “I learned so much about myself this past year. I don’t think I realized how much I thrive in balance. I really love being busy. I love always having forward motion and looking to what’s next, but I think I’ve learned that I can do that better when my roots are deep and watered.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
