Ciara prioritizes hydration. "I literally drink a gallon and a half a day," she told People. She will follow that with 30 to 45 minutes on the Peloton at night. "I would wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back home, pump, eat a small meal, breastfeed, eat lunch, and then go train again," she told InStyle about how she got into shape after having a baby.

"What I learned by having that daily commitment—and it doesn't mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover—but when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn't so aggressive," Ciara told People. "That's game-changing on the body and the mind. I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it's very rewarding."
