1. She Does WW

Ciara recently joined Kate Hudson as a WW ambassador, revealing that she is a fan of the program because she gets to eat the “good food” that she likes. “And when you're able to have those meals, it just brings you joy and it's game-changing,” she told InStyle. “I think the discovery that you can enjoy all the good food that's out there is always kind of eye-opening and enlightening for people because typically you think you have to do these extreme plans, where you're basically only eating grass or you're not eating much besides celery and carrots, you know?”

2. She Drinks Lots of Water

“I literally drink a gallon and a half a day,” Ciara told People. “It’s amazing how you can work out hard all day, but if you don’t eat right you won’t see the results you want to see and if you don’t drink that water you won’t get the results as fast as you want to get them.”

3. She Works Out...Hard

Ciara relies on personal trainers (Gunnar Peterson and Decker Davis are two she has worked with) and often works out multiple times a day. When she was shedding baby weight she spent morning weight lifting with Peterson followed by afternoon high-intensity treadmill workouts that alternated with sprints and light jogs, followed by 30 to 45 minutes on the Peloton at night. “I would wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back home, pump, eat a small meal, breastfeed, eat lunch, and then go train again,” she told InStyle about her intense schedule.

4. She Has a Workout Buddy

The couple that sweat together, stay together. After getting to her goal weight, Ciara transitioned to 90-minute workouts with Davis and her NFL star husband Russell Wilson. Per People they focus on cross training, Tabata, plyometrics, strength training, and cardio.

5. She Is All About Self-Love

Ciara is motivated to stay in shape because of the love and respect she has for herself. “I truly believe that self-love is key,” she told InStyle. “And my definition of self-love is taking care of myself.”

6. She Is Committed to Health...Every Single Day

Ciara told People that she trains four times a week, but her health is a daily commitment. "What I learned by having that daily commitment—and it doesn’t mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover—but when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn’t so aggressive. That’s game-changing on the body and the mind. I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it’s very rewarding.” For more pop star fun, don't miss Dua Lupa Looking Amazing in Glam Bikini on Vacation in Albania.

2. Her Glutes Are Her Go-To Workout Area

“I do like my” backside, she told Us. “I did something on Instagram called Tight Tush Tuesday and everybody kind of freaked out about it, so it’s become a thing. I work pretty hard on” that part.

LeAnn told Us that she and her husband, Eddie Cibrian, are “on the same page” when it comes to health and fitness. “He likes to be a boy when he works out and make noises and grunt and stuff. I’m like, ‘I can’t even deal with you right now,’” she revealed. The two often take SoulCycle classes and go on hikes and walks around their neighborhood together. They also help each other with healthy eating. “When I first met him, he was not the healthiest eater at all,” she says. “But I think I’ve gotten him over on my team.”

4. She Eats Healthy...Most of the Time

LeAnn eats a healthy diet, but allows herself to indulge. She starts her day with a green smoothie, and eats a healthy lunch and dinner, maybe something with a cauliflower base, topped with a protein like marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken, and lots of greens and veggies. “Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese," she told Women’s Health.

5. She Meditates

She even released a chant record, CHANT: The Human & The Holy, in 2020. “I've been creating chants to infuse and send out alongside of my @soulofeverle candles and I had no idea how they would be received, or how much you would connect with my new adventures. When Ciara isn’t working out, eating right, raising three kids or recording hit songs, she’s doing something charitable or running a business. So when she takes time to pose in paradise, it’s notable. This weekend Ciara—wife of NFL player Russell Wilson—posted a series of bathing suit photos in front of an infinity pool with an ocean in the background. The caption was a simple wave emoji. How does she stay so fit while keeping so busy? 1. This is Her Beauty Routine

“I’ll be honest. I’m a very simple girl. I do wash my face twice a day. I make sure I put on moisturizing sunscreen every day. I like getting microderms from time to time. It’s good to exfoliate your skin. I’m kind of obsessed with seeing blackheads clear out—I’m weird that way. I’d like to believe that a lot of people are like that. More than anything, I wash my face twice a day and moisturize,” she told W Magazine.

2. She Embraced Her Flaws to Feel Confident

ciara-bathing-suit-januaryCiara/Instagram

“No, I haven’t always been confident. I’ve definitely had to have self talks because before I was grown up, I was one of those girls where my body developed a bit behind. I was really tall, very muscular. I used to walk with my back hunched over a bit because I was so insecure about being tall. My confidence, as far as me accepting myself physically, kind of happened later for me. Once I got older, I realized it’s actually cool to embrace all of these things that I thought were flaws,” she told W.

3. She Eats a Balanced Breakfast

ciara-bathing-suit-january-2Ciara/Instagram

Ciara has said she starts the fay off with fiber-packed oatmeal, fruit and maybe a bit of egg. “Steel-cut oats aren't necessarily healthier than rolled or quick oats, however, they may help you stay fuller longer. This is because steel-cut oats are made from whole oat groats, which is what you get from harvesting oats. Because they are minimally processed, they take longer to digest, which means they won't cause your blood sugar levels to spike,” says Eat This, Not That!

4. She Works Out Daily

I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it’s very rewarding," she told People.

5. She Has Done Weight Watchers

"What's been really helpful with the program is that you get to enjoy yourself. It's not an extreme diet plan. It's not like you can't eat the fun foods that I believe bring us happiness or bring us joy...Being from Atlanta and being a southern girl, I've always loved good food, good flavors and good seasoned food," Ciara told People.

Britney Spears has been in the news lately, fighting for her emancipation—and on social media, she’s giving us a sneak preview of what being free might look like. Besides announcing her engagement to boyfriend Sam Asghari—“Words can’t even say how shocked I am,” she said. “It was definitely worth the wait”—she just posted a video with her walking in a pink bikini, showing off a new haircut. Read on to see 5 ways Britney stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Cut Her Hair and Appreciates the “Simple Things”

spears-pink-bikiniBritney Spears/Instagram

“I cut all my hair off and now I feel like a brand new woman,” Spears captioned her bikini video. “I made a smoothie, went into my yard, turned on some Prince and laid out ... and then I put my hair up in a ponytail which made me look like Pebbles from The Flintstones and did some laundry!!! But honestly laundry is my favorite thing to do especially in the evening when the sun is setting ... I think most women secretly love doing laundry !!! I'll be honest and say that since I've been on a break from the industry I realized it was the simple things I've missed the most !!!”

2. She Works Her Core

Britney,Spears,At,The,2016,Billboard,Music,Awards,Held,AtShutterstock

How did Britney train for videos like Slave 4 U? “We did somewhere between 750 to 1,000 variations of crunches a day. We would do intervals. We’d start off on the treadmill running, and then she’d go to the mat and do bicycle crunches, hitting the transverse abdominal wall, engaging the obliques,” her trainer back then, Bobby Strom, told Life & Style. “So we’d do a combination of crunches and in between, we’d focus on light weight training. For instance, I’d have her do bicep curls, kickbacks for the triceps, and lateral raises.”

3. She Drinks Smoothies

Now! 99.7 Triple Ho Show 7.0 - San Jose CA 2016Tim Mosenfelder/Getty Images

“Before you fill the blender, ask yourself a question about that smoothie,” warns the Mayo Clinic. "Are you using it as a meal replacement, or are you having it as a beverage with your meal?" asks Mayo Clinic dietitian Kate Zeratsky. “If you’re having it as a meal replacement, you want to make sure that it has the components of a meal." Add protein, for example. And: “Fruit is a great source of natural sugar, and you need not necessarily add extra sugar," adds Zeratsky. And add some veggies: "Smoothies, with their natural sweetness, are a great way to mask some of the bitter flavors of vegetables," says Zeratsky.

4. She Runs

29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards - ArrivalsShutterstock

"I run a lot," Britney revealed in one Instagram post. Hitting the trails or a treadmill is a great way to blast calories. According to Harvard Health, a 125-pound person running at 7.5 MPH can burn 375 calories in 30 minutes. And, according to science, running can help you build muscle, lower your risk of heart disease, improve your sleep, and even add years to your life.

5. She Knows Taking Moments for Herself is Important

Los,Angeles,,Ca,-,August,30,,2015:,Britney,Spears,AtShutterstock

“Hi guys, just checking in with all of you who are concerned about me,” she said in an Instagram clip in 2019. “All is well. My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal, but don’t worry, I’ll be back very soon.” “I am trying to take a moment for myself, but everything that’s happening is just making it harder for me,” she continued. And: “You may not know this about me, but I am strong, and stand up for what I want!” she shared in the post. “Your love and dedication is amazing, but what I need right now is a little bit of privacy to deal with all the hard things that life is throwing my way. If you could do that, I would be forever grateful. Love you.”

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”

It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
