Ciara recently joined Kate Hudson as a WW ambassador, revealing that she is a fan of the program because she gets to eat the "good food" that she likes. "And when you're able to have those meals, it just brings you joy and it's game-changing," she told InStyle. "I think the discovery that you can enjoy all the good food that's out there is always kind of eye-opening and enlightening for people because typically you think you have to do these extreme plans, where you're basically only eating grass or you're not eating much besides celery and carrots, you know?"

She Drinks Lots of Water

"I literally drink a gallon and a half a day," Ciara told People. "It's amazing how you can work out hard all day, but if you don't eat right you won't see the results you want to see and if you don't drink that water you won't get the results as fast as you want to get them."

She Works Out…Hard

Ciara relies on personal trainers (Gunnar Peterson and Decker Davis are two she has worked with) and often works out multiple times a day. When she was shedding baby weight she spent morning weight lifting with Peterson followed by afternoon high-intensity treadmill workouts that alternated with sprints and light jogs, followed by 30 to 45 minutes on the Peloton at night. "I would wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back home, pump, eat a small meal, breastfeed, eat lunch, and then go train again," she told InStyle about her intense schedule.

The couple that sweat together, stay together. After getting to her goal weight, Ciara transitioned to 90-minute workouts with Davis and her NFL star husband Russell Wilson. Per People they focus on cross training, Tabata, plyometrics, strength training, and cardio.

Ciara is motivated to stay in shape because of the love and respect she has for herself. "I truly believe that self-love is key," she told InStyle. "And my definition of self-love is taking care of myself."

She Is Committed to Health…Every Single Day

Ciara told People that she trains four times a week, but her health is a daily commitment. "What I learned by having that daily commitment—and it doesn't mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover—but when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn't so aggressive. That's game-changing on the body and the mind. I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it's very rewarding."
