Cindy Works Out Three Times a Week

Daily workouts aren't essential for Cindy. "I work out with my trainer, Sarah Hagaman, three mornings a week,"  she told Shape. "We do circuit training for the whole body using weights, some machines, and my own body weight with lunges and squats. We usually do about 10 minutes of weights and then a five-minute cardio segment. Right now we are into running stairs, but we switch it up. We repeat the 10-minute weight and five-minute cardio at least three times and then we finish up with abs and stretching. If I can squeeze in a hike or bike ride with my husband or a girlfriend during the week, that's just a bonus!"

Kaia Works Out at The Dogpound

Kaia gets her sweat on at the celebrity endorsed gym, The Dogpound. In a March 2021 post by the gym, the model enjoys a sweat session with Bachelor contestant Kit Keenan, who hold hands while executing a series of knee raises and arabesques while holding kettlebells and balancing on yoga hemisphere balls.  Gliding side lunges, side plank crunches, walking squats with resistance bands around thighs and feet, forward and backward jumps using resistance bands, crunches and leg lifts on hemisphere balls, and leg lifts and extensions done while wearing ankle weights are a few of the other moves the duo complete during the grueling session.

"On a typical weekday I usually have a protein shake for breakfast because it's fast—I need to get the kids out the door… For lunch I'll have salad, sometimes with chicken, sometimes without. For dinner we'll go for sushi, or if we eat at home I'll try to make a meal like turkey meatballs with pasta, a salad, and a vegetable."

Kaia's approach to health is all about balance.. "Staying in shape is definitely something I think about, but I don't let it get in the way.
