She Eats Healthy

Cinthia's health plan starts with healthy eating. In an Instagram post she explained that "eating well" is key. "I do not follow a diet, I like my tastes," she said. In another Instagram post, detailing her top health and diet secrets, she encourages "eating healthy but healthy without slave diets that lead you nowhere."

She Exercises

Cinthia obviously spends a lot of time at the gym. "I always recommend you exercise," she wrote in the same post. "Whether walking the dog, doing sit-ups on a mattress, or playing smudge with your kids," she added. "Not only are you going to look good, you're going to feel good."

She Prioritizes Protein Intake

While there are "no miracles" to staying in shape, Cinthia maintains that getting enough protein is a key part to her health. One way she does this? She drinks "vegan and natural" protein shakes. "Natural is always better!" she says

She Takes "Icy Showers"

One thing Cinthia likes doing? Taking an "icy shower" post workout. Helena Christsensen is also a fan of ice cold therapy. In one recent Instagram post she said that ice baths and cold showers can help reduce stress, boost the immune system, relieve pain, combat inflammation and arthritis with anti-Inflammatory properties, boost your metabolism, help with weight loss, improve circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, "oh and it makes your happier," she added. "Start little by little and work your way up to 10mins, I'm not there yet 🥶 cold showers and bathtubs with ice works too."

She Hydrates

In her Instagram post she revealed that she drinks "lots of water." How much should you drink? According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
