1. She Does Yoga

Clare has a favorite workout: Yoga, which she has been doing on and off for many years. “It was intimidating. I hated it at first,” she confessed on Reality Steve’s podcast. However, she maintains that it is also great for her mental health. “It’s kind of like something spiritual. It calmed my spirit and my soul down,” she said.
2. She Runs
Crawley is a runner. She recently shared a photo on Instagram of herself about to go for a run. "Time to tie up the laces and get fresh air. Making a new playlist…Ladies, send over your best songs," she captioned the post. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
3. She Cycles
Clare also bikes. In this photo shared to Instagram, she goes for a ride. "Sunshine," she captioned it. When she is near the ocean, you can find Clare snorkeling. “So today we went snorkeling! 🤿 I was convinced there were sharks just waiting to circle us, octopus that were going to cling to our legs, and any other creatures that my nightmares are made of. But when we got out there, past my fears, it was the most beautiful serene space that I never would have known about if I let fear win,” she captioned a post. “Lesson of the day : Done be scared of what you don’t already know!”

Clare is also a fan of taking walks. “There have been times where life can become overwhelming. It’s a slippery slope, and it’s so easy to get out of routines and rituals that feed your soul. For me starting at the basics can help me feel grounded and reconnected instantly. So if you don’t know where to start- go on a walk outside for some fresh air and Vit D!” she wrote in a post.
