1. She Embraces Aging

Curtis is in her 60’s, and she’s not afraid of it. She says that she isn’t afraid of aging, and that she is embracing it. “This word ‘anti-aging’ has to be struck. I am pro-aging,” she said at the Radically Reframing Aging Summit. “I want to age with intelligence and grace and dignity and verve and energy.”

2. She Doesn’t Suck In Her Stomach Anymore

94th Annual Academy Awards - ArrivalsKevin Mazur/WireImage

In a photo Curtis posted on Instagram of her character in the upcoming film, Everything Everywhere All at Once, she opened up about her body image. She says that she is a lot more comfortable with her body, and that she isn’t trying to look skinnier, especially when making this film. “I've been sucking my stomach in since I was 11, when you start being conscious of boys and bodies, and the jeans are super tight. I very specifically decided to relinquish and release every muscle I had that I used to clench to hide the reality. That was my goal. I have never felt more free creatively and physically.”

3. She’s Sober

Curtis is a recovering addict, and is currently over 20 years sober. "My recovery is the single greatest accomplishment that I will ever get to do in this human life," she said to Hello! Magazine. "I have a generational link to addiction and substance abuse in my family and I was able to catch it, look in the mirror, understand the problem and I have been clean and sober for 22 years."

4. She is Open to Opportunities

Curtis has played a variety of roles in films and has taken on spokeswoman roles for different products. She says that she is open to any opportunity that comes her way. “I have continually taken the jobs that come my way, from blockbuster film projects to commercials for pantyhose and rental car services and yogurt that makes you regular,” she told InStyle. “I'm sure some people thought I would never get another ‘real’ job after taking some of those opportunities, but I didn’t care. Everything good that has happened to me, it’s because I have been in the path of it.”

5. She Doesn’t Look In The Mirror

The Academy Museum Of Motion Pictures Opening Gala - ArrivalsDavid Livingston/Getty Images

Curtis opened up about some of her wellness secrets to Good Housekeeping. One of her secrets is not looking in the mirror too much. “I don’t know if men wake up, look in the mirror and hate themselves. Most women do. So I have a big secret: I don’t look in the mirror. I’m a 60-year-old woman. I am not going to look the same as I used to, and I don’t want to be confronted by that every day! When I get out of the shower, I have a choice: I can dry myself off looking in the mirror, or I can dry myself off with my back to it. I turn my back to the mirror, and I feel great! I don’t want women to hate themselves, because I think women are extraordinary.”

Patsy Kensit was an “it” girl of the 1980s and 1990s, fronting the band Eighth Wonder and starring in beloved films like Lethal Weapon 2 and Angels & Insects, working steadily the whole time on television, as well (notably on Holby City, for example). She still performs regularly, but now this mother is also a health and wellness writer who just posted a swimsuit photo. “Missing the sunshine although it’s a beautiful day in London… 💛💛💛💛☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️,” she captioned it. 1. She Advises Self-Care

“Give yourself the treats you love, and time to breathe wherever you can. If you're working, home educating and things are tough you need to care for yourself, to be able to help anyone else,” Kensit wrote about life during lockdown. And accept what you can’t change. “It's so hard not to be angry with the way things are and have been. But right now, it is what it is. Breathe and look to the future where you can, instead of living in fury right now.” She founded the Instagram community Conscious Plus with this dictum in mind: “Consciously connecting, communicating & celebrating what makes us amazing, at every age!” The following quotes are from her page.

2. Ask Yourself, “Is My Lifestyle Serving Me”

The Beauty Awards 2019Lia Toby/Getty Images

“THERE IS A REASON WE DONT TALK 'DIETS'...” Kensit captioned a post in January. “At this time of year, the messages around wellness and self esteem are overwhelming. On one side the billion dollar diet industry assuming that 'of course' your priorities are to drop pounds. The machine that is Instagram fitness has cranked up with ad after ad of bodies working up a sweat.

And the body positive community are pushing back - often rightly- with messages about health being more than scales, and attractiveness being more than thin. But sometimes that can come with pressure too - the pressure to accept a body that rightly or wrongly you're not comfortable in.

Firstly, we have every size on my team and I've been many sizes myself. We ALL have body insecurities and we ALL empathise with the desire to feel attractive and confusion about what that is.

My view is that ALL women are beautiful BUT everyone has a right to decide what healthy and well looks like for them. One woman's size 6 is another's 16 - and living a miserable life as either isn't worth it.

We will NEVER talk diets here but self esteem and joy matter. Ask yourself if your lifestyle is serving you. If not, change it however you can, with whatever tools you have available.”

3. She Says You’re Not "a Pain"

Marks & Spencer Launches Patsy Kensit X STUDIO10 CollectionMark Runnacles/Getty Images

“WE ARE NOT PAINS FOR...

Asking for a second opinion

Listening to our instincts

Expecting to be considered

Wanting to be heard

Feeling low

Needing reassurance

Feeling scared/sad/anything

Wanting educated

Interrupting

Changing plans

Not enjoying ANY experience

Having dietary needs

SO many of us feel like it's too much of us to ask for the above, that we're inconveniencing others. That we're a 'pain'.

We. Are. Not,” she wrote recently.

4. 'No Fear' is Her Mantra

Preciously Perfect By Patsy Kensit - Press LaunchShutterstock

Kensit recently shared a great quote from AbFab star Joanna Lumley: “"A lot of us are ruled by fear during our lives - afraid we'll get burgled, afraid a dog will bite us, afraid we'll get fat, afraid someone will leave us. Once you lose fear, life becomes sweeter, and that happens as you get older. I'm sure by the time I'm 80, I'll be able to do absolutely anything!” Kensit’s response: “LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!”

5. She’s An Advocate For Confident Menopause

London Celebrity Sightings - July 14, 2021Mark R. Milan/GC Images via Getty Images

Kensit recently shared the cover of a book called Perimenopause Power, by Maisie Hill. “THE MINDFUL MENOPAUSE...SHARING AGAIN,” she captioned it. “I devoured this the first time I read it so sharing again, because I'm reading it again!I believe that menopause is easier when we EMPOWER ourselves through it. Learning as much as we can allows us to advocate confidently for ourselves, make treatment choices that work for our bodies and make sense of the changes as they happen.”

“Women start perimenopause at different ages. You may notice signs of progression toward menopause, such as menstrual irregularity, sometime in your 40s. But some women notice changes as early as their mid-30s,” says the Mayo Clinic. Added Kensit: “@_maisiehill_ Peri Menopause power is a brilliant chance for women to do just that. It's accessible, clever and thorough - brilliant. Must read! Love, Patsy xx”

Christine Quinn is a reality star known for being a cast member on the Netflix phenomenon Selling Sunset. She took over social media with her bright blonde hair, red lipstick, and incredible petite figure. Quinn showed off said figure in a new Instagram photo advertising Samsung. In the photo, Quinn posed in the ocean while wearing a green and pink floral bikini. Read on to see 5 ways Christine Quinn stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Horseback Rides

Quinn revealed in an interview with Express UK that she loves to horseback ride, and does it to help her stay healthy.

2. She Isn’t Afraid of Her Emotions

Being a cast member on a reality show can be difficult, and Quinn says that she’s had to deal with social media haters and people making assumptions about her. Quinn tells Vogue that watching herself on the first season of Selling Sunset made her want to open up. “I was portrayed in season one as a ‘one-note bitch’, so I’m doing my best to show people that I am relatable. There’s a misconception that powerful women don’t have emotions or mental-health struggles and don’t have apprehension about things. It was important that I showed more of myself and opened up.”

3. She’s Honest About Her Plastic Surgery

Quinn isn’t afraid to admit that she’s had work done, and she has a good reason for doing so. “I’m all about plastic surgery truth-bearing. It’s important in a world where there’s this facade of social media causing people to have body dysmorphia. People think that [things are] real, and it’s not. I tell people all the time: I got my boobs done, I get my lips done, tons of Botox, tons of make-up. How I look on [Selling Sunset] is not how I look when I wake up in the morning.”

4. She’s Confident

One of Quinn’s most known attributes is her seemingly unwavering confidence. She tells Vogue that she’s always been confident, and her life experience has helped her gain confidence. “Confidence is something I was born with, but it’s also something I’ve grown to embody as life has thrown obstacles my way. Many people over the years told me ‘no’, so that gave me inner strength, which grew into this big personality that, I guess, people fell in love with. I’m grateful that people can relate to me.”

5. She Doesn’t Let Sexism & Haters Hold Her Back

Quinn tells Vogue that she’s had to deal with a lot of social media haters and sexist attacks during her time on Selling Sunset. However, she says that she tries not to let it get to her too much, and focuses on empowering women. “I’m familiar with being called a ‘bitch’ and that’s such an unfortunate thing. I love the word ‘bitch’, but it’s time to change the narrative because I’m tired. I’m tired of slut-shaming, of women being labelled bitchy when they’re confident and can speak their minds. If I were a man, doing the exact same thing, people wouldn’t question it. When people call me a bitch I simply respond, ‘Thank you’. If being a bitch means speaking your mind and being true to who you are, then being a bitch isn’t a bad thing. If someone calls me a bitch, it means I’m doing something right.”

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes.
