Clare Crawley is an icon in the Bachelor franchise. She first came onto the series in 2014, where she placed as the runner-up on that year's The Bachelor season, and established herself as a memorable contestant. She then appeared on the spin-offs, Bachelor in Paradise and as a lead in the 2020 season of The Bachelorette, where she notably walked off and was replaced by Tayshia Adams. Crawley and her fiance are on vacation, and she's posting some highlights on Instagram. In a video, she went on a snorkeling trip. In a photo, she posed on her hotel balcony at sunset. Crawley wore two bathing suits, one yellow, the other navy and white. She captioned the photo, "Not a Dubai sunset." Crawley captioned the video, "So today we went snorkeling! 🤿 I was convinced there were sharks just waiting to circle us, octopus that were going to cling to our legs, and any other creatures that my nightmares are made of. But when we got out there, past my fears, it was the most beautiful serene space that I never would have known about if I let fear win. Crawley spends a lot of time outside. She likes to do a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing Crawley likes to do is go running. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself about to go for a run. She captioned it, "Time to tie up the laces and get fresh air. Making a new playlist…Ladies, send over your best songs." Crawley also recently ran a marathon, and shared this photo of herself after completing it. 


She Snowboards

Crawley is an avid snowboarder. She and her fiance took a trip to the mountains last November and she shared highlights on Instagram. Crawley shared this video of herself snowboarding. She captioned it, "The cliff notes of my first day snowboarding in a few years! A bit of a learning curve, but had the time of my life!"

Crawley loves biking as a way of staying in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself going for a ride, captioning it, "Sunshine >." The Cleveland Clinic reports that biking has a lot of benefits. "Cycling is often recommended as a low-impact and engaging workout for people of all ages. It's an aerobic exercise and helps strengthen your heart, blood vessels and lungs."


She Swims

Another outdoor activity Crawley likes to do to stay in shape is going swimming. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Crawley shared this set of photos of herself in the ocean. She captioned it, "Anyone else feel like they fight for their lives each and every wave and then celebrate when you survive!? Every. Time." Crawley also shared this reel of herself and her fiance going for a dip in the river in Tahoe City.


She Loves Fruit

Crawley makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One thing she eats a lot of is different types of fruits. Crawley posted this photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a fresh papaya. She captioned it, "Came straight to the source! The obsession continues…" She also posted this photo of herself enjoying a fruit salad by the pool. She captioned it, "Forever fruit obsessed! Strawberries = vitamin C. Papaya = fiber. Pineapple = manganese. Raspberries= potassium. Honeydew= folate. Blueberries = antioxidants. Cantaloupe = beta carotene."
