Clementine McVeigh is showing off her body in a swimsuit on vacation! The model and WAG flaunts her famously fit figure via one of her latest social media posts, posing at the pool of her Bangkok hotel in a skimpy bathing suit. “Kimpton dipping & sipping,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Clementine McVeigh stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Her Diet Is Healthy

Clementine maintains a healthy diet. “I like lots of meat, fish and veggies. I love red wine and would have a glass or two most nights. They say it’s beneficial in lots of ways, all of the antioxidants etc, but I call it Mother’s Juice and think its best benefit is relaxation! I know Australia and of course NZ make beautiful wines, but I tend to stick to Italian, French and Spanish reds, because there are less preservatives in them than in ours down here. My mum is asthmatic and so we grew up with European wines because the preservatives didn’t affect her asthma like the NZ ones did,” she told Beauticate.

2. She Runs

“When it comes to exercise, I keep it simple – I am a runner,” the model added to Beauticate. “I’ve never been a gym person. I don’t really like to be around people! I tried yoga but it didn’t work for me because I couldn’t switch off and was just thinking constantly. I do love Pilates but I don’t do it regularly. At the moment I get in about five runs a week, often around Centennial Park with Flossy in the pram. Before I had the kids, I’d do early morning soft sand runs in Bondi, but funnily enough that’s a bit hard to do with a pram. I generally go for about fifty minutes, and I like that it’s done first thing and so it fits in with the rest of your day.”

3. She Isn’t Against Plastic Surgery

Pretty,Girl,With,Dark,Eyebrows,Wearing,Blue,Medical,Hat,AtShutterstock

Clementine hasn’t ruled out plastic surgery. “I haven’t had any work done, but that’s not to say that I won’t change my mind down the road. If we are lucky enough, then we will all get old, and by then hopefully we’ve all realised that beauty really does come from within. And in the meantime if someone wants to give nature a helping hand, it’s entirely up to them,” she told Beauticate.

4. She Drinks Coffee

Clementine drinks coffee, which may offer health benefits, according to science. A 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

5. Modeling Has Given Her Self-Esteem

Clementine told Beauticate that modeling has helped her with self-confidence. “Learning the business that way did give me a great foundation to always keep trying, and to get knocked back and just keep going. Mum always said “don’t ever let anyone affect how you think and feel about yourself” and it’s so important to remember. I know that if I’m not right for one job, I will be right for another. I genuinely love modeling. I’ve been able to work through having kids, even working while being pregnant, and it continues to be an interesting journey,” she said.

"Reality" Premiere - 73rd Berlinale International Film FestivalDominique Charriau/WireImage

Sydney loves outdoor activities. “I grew up on the water, always running around in a bikini. If I wasn’t swimming in the lake or the ocean, I was skiing or attempting to surf. So there was always a part of me that wanted to create something that truly felt like me, and with Francesca [Aiello] and her incredible company, we really created something special,” she told Elle about the inspiration behind the swimwear line.

2. She Plays Soccer, Baseball, and Wakeboards Also

Sydney, who grew up in Idaho, reveals she was active in sports as a child. “It’s a different way of life out there,” she says. “It’s very simple. Family is everything. I was in every single sport possible. I was on the soccer team, the baseball team, the snow slalom ski team, I was wakeboarding,” she told The Independent.

3. Her Drink of Choice Is Water

Water,Is,PouredShutterstock

Sweeney stays hydrated, only drinking water. In fact, she revealed to Hollywood Reporter that she’s never even tried coffee. “If I’m celebrating, or it’s a very rare occasion, I’ll have a Shirley Temple,” she said.

4. She Does Martial Arts

Sydney is an experienced MMA fighter. “I’m trained in mixed martial arts,” she told Marie Claire. “I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. Everyone broke a sweat!”

5. Candles Are Part of Her Self-Care Routine

Sydney has her own method of self care, using candles to relax. "I'm a big advocate for making it feel like a home no matter where I am," she told Allure. "I'm always burning candles and I love the smell of vanilla. It makes me feel homey and calm and safe."

It enlarges the container, every time you transcend. When you come out, you come out refreshed, filled with energy and enthusiasm for life,” she quoted David Lynch as saying in a recent post.

2. She Drinks

One way she does this is by drinking Kombucha.”I always understood the importance of probiotics but now more than ever I’m focusing on staying positive and being proactive with my healing. This is my personal experience so please follow your own journey based on your doctors recommendations. Each healing journey is unique,” she wrote.

3. She Swims

Danielle spends a lot of time swimming in the ocean. “Throwing it back to a sunny day in my favorite place,” she captioned a recent post. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, the CDC says. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

4. She Takes Baths

Danielle also shares a lot of photos of herself soaking in the tub. Baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression, are an easy way to interject self-care into your routine. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Paddleboards

Danielle enjoys paddleboarding in the ocean. “Soaking up ALL the energy from that big battery in the sky!” she wrote in the caption of a photo of herself out in the ocean. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

"The amount of vitamin D your skin makes depends on many factors, including the time of day, season, latitude and your skin pigmentation. Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

We are committed to bringing you researched, expert-driven content to help you make more informed decisions around food, health, and wellness. We know how important making choices about your overall health is, and we strive to provide you with the best information possible.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout?
