She Dances
Coco loves to dance. "Dancing every single night is basically like doing cardio. I'm actually the exact same weight—135 pounds— as when I started, I just lost fat and gained muscle, which changed the shape of my body," she told Muscle & Fitness about how her body changed when she did Peepshow in Las Vegas in 2012. "When I saw this happening, I thought to myself, 'I want to see how far I can take this and get to a more competitive level.' And that's exactly what I've been doing."
She Focuses on Her Lower Body
If you want a booty like Coco's you are going to have to train for it. "I generally work out my lower body every time I go to the gym. I concentrate on doing squats and lunges with weights. I work on the top of my booty muscles. If I work hard enough I can get my butt pretty big, but it takes a lot of dedication and heavy weights," she told Muscle & Fitness.
She Pole Dances
"I love pole fitness," Coco confessed to Muscle & Fitness. "The way I do it, it's extreme acrobatics—it's on a whole different level. You go up 12 feet in the air, hit a split or a pose, and hold it. That is some serious business. It's intense!"
She Does Pilates
Pilates is one of Coco's favorite workouts. "Pilates is a really great thing to do because, to me, it is like yoga using dance moves. I love it. It's not like you're running, but you're still using moves that stretch you out," she told FitBump.
She Does Aro Yoga
Coco's sister is a yoga instructor. "She got me on this trend of acroyoga: When her and I get together and we use our own body weight to hold each other up. It's an amazing workout. It might look easy, but give it a try. I'm sweating by the time I come out of the pose," the star told FitBump.
