Olympios opened up about her wellness to The Cut. She says that she makes a healthy breakfast each day. “I start my morning with about three cups of coffee and then some eggs. I like scrambled eggs with avocado, which I’ll either order if I go out for breakfast, or I’ll make it myself. I kind of just go throughout my day going through what I need to do.”

2. She Prioritizes Wellness

Olympios tells The Cut that wellness is a big priority of hers. She says, “Wellness to me means taking care of your body, not doing anything you shouldn’t be doing, good hygiene, working out when you can, eating right and drinking a lot of water. Never stressing about being too healthy too much because you’ll just drive yourself nuts, you have to enjoy life.”

3. She Does A Variety Of Things At The Gym

Otherwise I’ll just work out in a regular gym. I’ll do the elliptical for 15 minutes to start, then I’ll move on to squats, lunges, and different sorts of abs and I’ll do some arms — then I’ll go back on the elliptical or the treadmill.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Mental Health

Olympios doesn’t just take care of her body, she also takes care of her mental wellbeing. She tells The Cut that she occasionally deals with anxiety, and has a method of coping. “I get so crazy about trying to stay healthy I have to remind myself, like, ‘Okay calm down, it’s going to be okay.’ I think just being in control of my anxiety sometimes. It’s kind of just closing my eyes and saying, ‘You’re freaking out — stop.’ It’s my little mantra to myself.”

5. She’s True To Herself

Olympios is true to herself. Especially when it comes to her new career of stand-up comedy. She tells the So Wizard Podcast, “When I say I do stand up, people's reactions are like, ‘Oh my God, like it’s so hard this, that,’ and it makes me rethink like, ‘Am I like, like, am I doing this right? Like, is this like, okay, what I'm doing, am I half-assing this?’ But this is just like the way I do it. And like when people have that reaction to comedy, I'm like, ‘oh my God, like am I doing this not good enough?’ But then I have to realize what works for me.”

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

1. She Dances

Kaitlyn, who competed on Dancing with the Stars, has been burning calories by cutting a rug since she was a kid. “I have always been a very healthy person. I started dancing when I was three years old, and was dancing at least six times a week until I was about 19. Then I moved to Vancouver where I was cheerleading and dancing a few times a week,” she told Elle Canada.

2. She Spins

David's Bridal x Daniel Diamond 2022 NashBlast Hosted By Kaitlyn BristoweJason Kempin/Getty Images

It wasn’t until Kaitlyn moved to Germany when she was 26 and realized that she “needed fitness” in her life that she started working out. “I wasn’t dancing anymore. I had never stepped foot in a gym to lift weights, so that was very intimidating,” she told Elle. “When I moved back to Vancouver that’s when I got my certificate to teach spin, so I started doing that before the show. For me, it wasn’t really about losing weight or anything like that, I was pretty happy in my own skin. I just loved the feeling of getting stronger.”

3. She Works Out Wherever She Is

Celebrity Sightings In Los Angeles - September 8, 2020APEX/MEGA/GC Images via Getty Images

Even when she is traveling, Kaitlyn prioritizes fitness. “I do try to workout wherever I go. If I am just there for a couple days, I pack one cute outfit and then all of my Reebok clothes so that I am ready to workout when I can. At the airport I make sure I am not taking the tram to each gate and I will walk. I try and be very cautious of making small decisions and small goals for myself to keep me active,” she told Elle.

4. She Got Super Strong for DWTS

To get ready for Dancing with the Stars, Kaitlyn majorly revamped her approach to fitness. "I’ve been working so hard on my mental and physical health over the last 14 weeks," she captioned an Instagram photo documenting her progress over 14 weeks. "Reading, meditating, resting, working out, lifting heavy, Pilates, boxing, going to physical therapy for mobility and strength, getting sports massages, dry needling,” she said about her routine.

5. She Indulges

"Anything I do in life, I always want to work hard, play hard and so I'm still drinking my wine, I'm still eating my McDonald's on Sundays, but I am working hard through the week," Kaitlyn told E News. “I always eat pretty healthy. I worked with this girl named Massy Fit. To be honest, I've been just eating way more than I'm used to. So, definitely more carbs, more protein, which is hard for me because I'm a pescatarian. Sundays are my day I just go like headfirst to McDonald's.”

1. She Paddleboards

Antigoni recently went on a trip to the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. She posted a series of vacation photos on Instagram. In the first photo, Antigoni is seen paddleboarding in the water. She captioned the post, “Best place in the world.” "Deep sea water (DSW) commonly refers to a body of seawater that is pumped up from a depth of over 200 m. It is usually associated with the following characteristics: low temperature, high purity, and being rich with nutrients, namely, beneficial elements, which include magnesium, calcium, potassium, chromium, selenium, zinc, and vanadium. Less photosynthesis of plant planktons, consumption of nutrients, and organic decomposition have caused lots of nutrients to remain there. Due to this, DSW has potential to become a good source for health. Research has proven that DSW can help overcome health problems especially related to lifestyle-associated diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and skin problem," says one study.

2. She Skis

Antigoni loves to go skiing as a way to stay in shape. In April, she took a ski trip to the French Alps, and posted highlights on Instagram. She posted this series of photos and videos of herself skiing in a red outfit. She captioned the post, “My new favorite color.” exercise can help reduce anxiety. "Our results suggest that the preventive effects of physical activity on anxiety disorders may be greater than previously reported," says one study.

3. She Walks Her Dog

Antigoni has an adorable German Shepherd as a pet. Naturally, she does a lot of walking, since owning a dog means walking it. Antigoni has posted photos on Instagram of herself walking her dog. She captioned this post, “Lifeing.” She also captioned this post, “Thas ma doggg.” "Although only 23% of the dog owners walked with their dog 5 or more times per week, compared with nonowners, dog owners completed significantly more minutes and sessions of walking (generally, for recreation, and for recreation in their neighborhood) and more minutes of total physical activity. These differences were independent of all other known major correlates of physical activity and walking, including demographic factors, perceptions of the physical and social environments, and intrapersonal factors," says one study.

4. She Dances

Being a singer, Antigoni has to learn choreography. She posted this video on Instagram of herself and her friends dancing in the studio. She captioned the video, “When @daniellebartonn teaches a heels class to Red Flag. Dancing with my babes.”

5. She Swims

Antigoni loves to go to the beach and pool. Naturally, she loves to swim. She has posted several photos of herself in the water. She posted this set of photos of herself in the ocean in Cyprus. She captioned the post, “Couple days in the motherland, enough to revitalize my soul.”

1. She Takes Ice Baths

On The Ellen Show, Scherzinger revealed she loves taking ice baths. “I love ice baths, it’s so good for your body but for me, it sharpens the mind like iron,' she said. 'It’s all mental for me, I have to put on some music and go into a zone,” she said. "Cold water immersion involves people immersing themselves in water at temperatures of less than 15°C to manage muscle soreness after exercise and speed up recovery time. There is some evidence to show that cold-water immersion reduces muscle soreness at 24-72 hours after exercise compared with ‘passive’ treatment, or rest. It is here that the research falls down slightly by not comparing the use of cold-water immersion to an active recovery of light exercise, or perhaps even more pertinently, a combination of the two," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She “Sexercises” with Her Boyfriend

He loves to work out, he keeps me motivated, and I motivate us on the videos.”

3. She Works Out a Lot

4. She Refuses to Starve Herself

Nicole eats herself skinny. "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps - salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots,” she told Women’s Health.

5. She Has Lots of Workout Buddies

In addition to her boyfriend, Nicole has lots of workout support. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, - we try to do different things,” she explained to Women’s Health UK. "We’ll go hiking one day and then we’ll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we’ll do a cardio. We just motivate each other."

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
