1. She Uses Expert Opinions

López revealed some of her diet secrets in this Instagram post. She says that she takes advice from a lot of experts to help with her diet. “I am not a nutritionist, I did not know whether to give it, but I have still studied the subject a lot and it is clear that each organism is different from the other, so my diet cannot serve everyone. My nutritionist gives me carbs every day just because I want to gain muscle, but for example that is something that someone who wants to lose weight should avoid. I'll leave them here anyway.”

2. She Makes Small Changes

In her Instagram post, López revealed that she makes small changes to her diet. In particular, how she prepares her food. López talked about some of the things that worked for her. “That would be MY diet,” she writes. “All cooked with water! Not with oil... Some tips for those who want to go down: eat pasta less times a week, give up everything that has white flour, give up frying, drinks and sweets. (I only drink water).”

3. She Eats Healthy

Also in her Instagram post, López talks about the meals she typically eats. López’s meals are pretty healthy. “Breakfast: melon or pineapple with oatmeal and chia biscuit, unsalted rice with avocado, green tea. Mid-morning: almonds and a whey shake after training. Lunch: brown rice, sweet potato or whole wheat pasta with chicken or fish, broccoli and asparagus. Afternoon: light yogurt + fruit. Dinner: salmon or fish with lentils tomato broccoli lettuce. Before bed: avocado and whey shake.”

4. She Works Out In The Morning

In addition to eating healthy, López makes sure to workout. She says that she likes to exercise first thing in the morning. In particular, she likes to go to the gym early. She shared this early morning photo from the gym on Instagram. López captioned it, “Nothing richer than coming to train early and the gym is empty. All the little machines for miiiiiiiiii sholitaaaaaaaa. Good morning.”

5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

López likes to do a lot of things to stay in shape. She revealed some of her favorite things to do in the previous Instagram post’s caption. “For those who ask me about my routine, I do 3 days a week gym alternating arms and legs,” she writes. “3 days pole/flexibility, and one day I go jogging on the beach. I mean, I train every day.”
