Courtney Veale is heating up social media – in her swimsuit. The Below Deck and The Challenge star shows off her incredible body – and a sunburn – in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. “Burnt my butt,” she captioned an Instagram Reel of herself taking in outdoor shower to cool off. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 6 ways Courtney Veale stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Works Out at the Gym

“Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I feel like it's helped me mentally so much. It has such a good impact on my mental health, so that's why I really try and keep in a good routine,” Courtney told Closer about how she prioritizes exercise. While her workouts of choice change “depending on how I'm feeling,” her favorite thing to do is go to the gym. “I have a personal trainer two or three times a week with who I really like doing heavy weighted training, just because I feel like I can’t really do that on my own,” she said. Typically she hits the gym “like, five, six times a week,” she revealed. “That does include either gyming on my own, or with one of my PTs. I'm not very good at doing cardio anymore, I get in there and the last thing I want to do is cardio, so I do more weight training.”

2. She Does Yoga

“I also love yoga, focusing on my breathing and breathwork stretches,” Courtney told Closer. “I go to yoga three times a week but I also try and do some yoga at home, especially in the mornings. Doing a stretching session after lifting heavy weights can be important, because you can kind of feel like you lack mobility after that, especially if you don't really stretch.”

3. She Walks

Courtney also makes sure to get her steps in. “I love going for walks and being outside, as well,” she said, adding that she also might go for a “little” run. “I think walks are so beneficial, going for a walk is really underestimated. Sometimes the last thing I want to do when I wake up in the morning is go to the gym and if I am feeling that way, I'll just go for a walk. After I've had the fresh air and all the positivity has gone to my brain, I'm like 'maybe I will go to the gym.' Yeah, I feel like a walk is probably the most underestimated activity you can do.”

4. She Prioritizes Nutrition

Legends Ball - 2022 BravoConSantiago Felipe/Getty Images

Healthy eating is also a priority for Courtney. “Nutrition comes into it a lot, as well. If you try and fuel your body with good nourishing stuff, it's not as bad when you don't work out as much and you don't feel as guilty for it,” she said. “Cashew nuts are my go-to snack at the moment. I also love celery with soft cheese or hummus.”

5. She Stretches

Even when she is on the boat and doesn’t have a lot of workout equipment, Courtney makes sure to exercise. “I'm always stretching, using booty bands and doing resistance band workouts in my cabin because you don't need a lot of space for that,” she told Closer.

6. She Reads

Courtney is a multitasker. “I love reading at the moment, but I like to read while I walk. Nobody can get their head around it, but I literally love it!” she confessed. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Love Island winner Millie Court knows how to take the perfect picture and she’s showing off her skills on social media. The British star posted a series of photos of herself wearing an animal print bikini as she posed by the pool in a luxury villa. “All about the angles and pose gals… 🤪😂,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Court stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Fresh Orange Juice To Start the Day

Court loves to indulge in a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice to kick start her day. “Oranges contain health-promoting compounds known as flavanones,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Research suggests that these phytochemicals help support the body and protect us from conditions such as heart disease and cancer – they’re also thought to have anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antimicrobial benefits. What’s more, orange peel actually contains higher amounts of certain nutrients than the flesh, so using recipes that incorporate the zest of an orange will give your diet an extra boost.”

2. Meghan Markle Is Her Makeup Inspiration

The Duke And Duchess Of Sussex Attend The Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023 - One Year to GoSamir Hussein/WireImage

Court is inspired by Meghan Markle’s “flawless” skin and makeup, and tries to emulate her natural aesthetic. “Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural,” she says. “At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use. My staple foundation is Too Faced, but I do switch between Fenty and L’Oreal Infallible. For Concealer I use Revolution or Nars Cream Concealer. I also use Nars blusher, Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Mac Blusher.”

3. She Is True To Herself

Millie Court seen attending the ITV Summer Party 2022 at TheBrett Cove/SOPA Images/LightRocket via Getty Images

Court is now a household name—but she stays down-to-earth. “Obviously, life has just really changed,” she says. “I've realized how important it is to have your friends and family close. Coming out and seeing the papers and people's opinions, I think everyone could see I was genuine in there and just really normal. I love to laugh, I love a drink – I'm a true Essex girl and I think people could see that. So, no matter what happens, I just want to make sure that Essex is still inside me, that I stay true to myself and just enjoy what is happening at the moment!”

4. Dieting Made Her Miserable

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Court felt under pressure to lose weight before going on TV, something she now regrets. “I’ve always been [before Love Island] fluctuating between a size 8 and 10, but most of the time a size 10,” she says. “I was so happy with the way I looked, I didn’t think twice about it. On the weeks leading up to Love Island I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable whilst doing it. I’d changed whilst I was on the show for several reasons that’s probably for another story time. But I went from a size 10 to a 6, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy etc) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I MISSED them.”

5. She Loves Her Curves

Court put on weight after leaving Love Island, and couldn’t be happier with her new curves. "There was a point where people thought I was pregnant because I was putting on loads of weight," she says. "When I was on Love Island I was a size 6 but now I’m a size 10. But I prefer me as a 10 because I’ve got my [chest] back, I’ve got my bum back and I’ve got curves. So, I don’t really care what the newspapers have got to say about me being a size 10."

Millie Court is getting some sun! The Love Island star shows off her sensational figure in her latest Instagram post, wearing a yellow and orange swimsuit. “Vitamin sea,” she captioned the series of social media snaps. 1. She Was “Unhealthily Skinny” On Love Island

Following her debut on Love Island, Millie ended up gaining weight. Her followers accused her of being pregnant, and she responded by revealing that she was actually healthy. "[In] the weeks leading up to Love Island, I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful, slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable while doing it,” she said in a post. "I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my ... curves I once had and I missed them."

2. She Embraces Her Body

In the same post, Millie encouraged her millions of followers to love themselves. "We're all different shapes and sizes, each size perfect in our own way. But please don't get stuck to the beauty standard of 'perfection'," she said. "Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything that creates you as a person."

3. She Battled Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsGareth Cattermole/Getty Images

Millie has also been open about her skin struggles. "I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible,” she told Hello. “I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow."

4. She Takes Baths

One way Millie prioritizes self-care? She takes baths. "Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…," she captioned this Instagram snap. Not only have hot baths been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression, but one recent study found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Cheats

Millie might eat healthy most of the time, but she is always down for the occasional cheat meal. “Last stop in LA,” she captioned this photo of herself standing outside of SoCal’s famous In-N-Out Burger.

6. She Hikes

Want to get into shape like Millie? Take a hike! “Obligatory Hollywood sign pic wearing all @puma,” she captioned this snap from one of her excursions.

1. She Does Yoga

2. She Dances

Veale likes to dance to stay in shape. She specifically likes to do dance challenges on TikTok. Veale shared this video of herself and her friends doing a dance TikTok, captioning it, “Wasn’t gonna post this on here but it’s just too good.” Prudential states that dance has a lot of benefits. “Increased movement also usually means increased weight loss. A study in the Journal of Physiological Anthropology found aerobic dance training can help you lose just as much weight as biking or jogging.”

3. She Hikes

Veale spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go on hikes and walks. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself going on a hike in Malta, while on a charter. According to the National Parks Services, hiking has a lot of benefits. “Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health. Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. In addition to having mental health benefits, being outdoors opens up your senses to your surroundings and improves your sensory perception. Taking in the sights, smells, and feelings of nature has so many health benefits it can even be prescribed by a doctor.”

4. She Swims

Since she works on a boat, Veale spends a lot of time by the water. Naturally, boating isn’t the only aquatic activity she enjoys. Veale also likes to go swimming, and shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself going for a dip. She shared this video of herself walking into a pool, captioning it, “That time I vacay’d alone in the Maldives inbetween yacht jobs.”

5. She Works With A Trainer

Veale revealed in this Instagram post that she has started working with a trainer. She captioned it, “Obviously I’ve been learning and progressing over the last 5 years but with me always working away I’ve never been able to do an actual long term plan… However I’m now 3 weeks into my 12 week online plan and I’m feeling so guuuuuud!” In it, she is seen doing weight training and lower body exerci

Rose Ayling-Ellis, the EastEnders star and winner of 2021’s Strictly Come Dancing (not to mention its first deaf contestant), knows how to relax. She and a group of TV personality pals— Sara Davies, John Whaite, Rhys Stephenson, Maisie Smith and Tilly Ramsay—visited the luxury Skuna Boats at West India Quay dock in London, and documented their time on Instagram—”on the hot tub boat,” as they captioned one image. How does she stay so together? Read on to see 5 ways Rose Ayling-Ellis stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Hits the Spa

roseRose Ayling-Ellis/Instagram

The spa boat is not the first time Ayling-Ellis has been pampered. "Just what I needed," she captioned another post after winning Strictly, at a spa. Consider getting a massage yourself. “Massage is generally considered part of integrative medicine,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Medical centers are offering it more and more as a treatment along with standard treatment. It may be used for a wide range of medical conditions.

Studies of massage benefits have found massage can:

  • Help reduce stress
  • Lessen pain and muscle tension
  • Increase relaxation
  • Improve immune function.”

2. She Has Weight Trained, Sort Of

Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour - BackstageRose Ayling-Ellis/Instagram

In order to stay in shape for Strictly, Ayling-Ellis had to exercise. "Pre-show warm-up is very important," wrote one of the show’s producers, sharing an image of her dance partner, Giovanni Pernice, holding her up high. "Even our weights are glamorous," he joked. "I'm just a human weight,” Ayling-Ellis added, when reporting the image.

3. Her Dancing Was Cardio

National Television Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

“It’s a lot of jumping off the ground, I’m going to be so out of breath!” she told the Guardian about Strictly. High intensity workouts like that are great for you. Rapid-fire workouts supercharge your body in countless ways. Unlike doing “steady-state” cardio, in which you head out for a leisurely jog or casually climb a Stairmaster, high-intense workouts ignite your body’s stress response. Everything from your blood pressure to your heart rate spikes. Your immune system and central nervous system kick into high gear. You start inhaling more and more oxygen to spread to your cells. Blood starts flowing to your muscles and your body instantly start burning up all of that glucose in your blood—meaning you’ll stave off weight-gain and bring your endocrine system back into the balance. Physically speaking, it’s the closest thing you can do to running into a phone booth and emerging afterwards with a cape and giant “S” on your chest.

4. She May Have Been Able to Feel the Music

“How is it possible that a person who is deaf can dance to music they can’t actually hear? To learn how to dance, the brain views the actions of others moving to music and combines this with careful counting,” write researchers Helen E. Nuttall and Kate Slade about Ayling-Ellis. “Many people without hearing loss also do this when learning a dance – the steps are taught to beats or counts, which are then practised before being put to music. For someone with hearing loss, while the appreciation of the music differs, the learning through observation and counting is similar. In addition, the tactile information provided through music is very helpful for people with hearing loss. Instead of listening to music, a person who is deaf may feel the music, literally sensing the vibrations through their body.”

5. The Pandemic Has Been Hard

Prevent,Coronavirus.,Medical,Mask,,Medical,Protective,Mask,Isolated,On,BlueShutterstock

Ayling-Ellis is used to reading lips. Now: "Everyone is wearing masks, everyone is social distanced. So, before people wouldn't wear their masks and they would come up close to me so I can see their face and lip read. But now everyone is wearing masks and staying well away, so I can't understand everyone. So it's quite hard.” During filming of Strictly, “luckily everyone here is very, very nice, and they adapt to what I need. I have an interpreter with me at all times, so they translate anything. But sometimes when she's not there, the cast take their masks off and keep their distance from me….And now they're picking up signing and learning some bits. They're becoming a bit more dextrous, more expression. And that's really, really helped a lot. Everyone is really nice and opened minded and trying their hardest. It helps a lot.”

Toni Breidinger is no stranger to pushing limits, whether she’s dominating the racetrack or powering through an intense workout. The NASCAR driver and social media star isn’t just about speed—she’s also serious about strength, endurance, and staying mentally sharp. In her latest update, Breidinger gave fans a glimpse of her exercise routine, proving that her fitness game is just as strong as her driving skills. From explosive box jumps to tracking her progress with fitness apps, she follows a well-rounded approach to training that keeps her in peak condition. But it’s not just about the physical—her mindset plays a huge role in her success. Here’s a look at the habits that keep her at the top of her game.

She Doesn’t Let Pressure Get To Her

Breidinger tells Marin Living that she doesn’t let the pressures of racing get to her, and that this has helped with her career. “I don’t really feel added pressure, more like a sense of responsibility to pave the way so other minorities have better opportunity to come up through motor sports,” she says on how she feels about her groundbreaking status. “I take a lot of pride to be able to represent in NASCAR and it’s amazing how much support I’ve received from Arab girls and women.”

She’s Motivated

Breidinger is extremely motivated when it comes to her career. She talked about where this comes from to The Modems. “I am very ambitious and stubborn so I feel like I naturally keep myself motivated to reach my goals, but I also have my bad days where motivation is just a struggle. I’m lucky because the people I surround myself with are always there to lift me up and keep me on a positive mindset.”

She’s Positive

Breidinger is a big believer in having a positive mindset. She tells The Modems that this is one of the reasons for her success. “I’ve gotten so much good career advice over the years but the best one was, ‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’. I always knew a positive mindset was important but I never really applied it to my life until this year and it really has changed my life for the better. It sounds cliché but I swear by it.”

She Tracks Her Fitness

Breidinger tells The Modems that she likes to use fitness apps to track her wellness. “I’ve used MyFitnessPal to track macros, which was helpful when I started to get serious about my nutrition. I also use MapMyRun to record all my runs so I can keep track of those as well. It’s so handy to be able to keep track of all my health goals easily all in my phone.”

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
