1. She’s Consistent

After having her son, Hurtado opened up about how she lost the baby weight in an interview. She says that she makes sure to be consistent with her exercises. “I try to go to the gym every day,” she says. “And if I don't exercise here at home, but every day I do cardiovascular exercise. It's super, super important and three times a week I do leg and tail, and twice a week arm and abdomen.”

2. She Works Out At Home

When her son was young, Hurtado did a lot of at-home workouts to lose the baby weight. In an interview, she says that she turned to YouTube videos to help her. “I started here at home,” she says. “I remember that while Mateo was taking a nap I did cardio, cardio. There on YouTube I found a 20-minute hiit (high intensity interval exercise) video, that's about how long Mateo's nap lasts. Then I progressed, I put weight on it and now I go to the gym and then I go there.”

3. She Believes In Balance

Hurtado is all about balance. In this video she posted on Instagram, she revealed that she and her husband like to do things that help maintain balance. The couple cite yoga as one of these activities. “It is essential to feel in balance and harmony with ourselves and with the world,” Hurtado writes in the caption. “So every day we perform activities that help us maintain that lifestyle that the truth, fills our soul and keeps us well!”

4. She Works Out Her Legs

Hurtado has amazing legs. And she also makes sure not to skip leg day. She shared this set of videos on Instagram of herself doing different lower body exercises at home. In them, she is seen doing squats with weights, and using a step-stool to do step-ups. She captioned the post, “Today I leave you this Saturday routine with a very special guest!! GOT ME IN LOVE.”

5. She Swims

Hurtado spends a lot of time at the beach. She obviously likes to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the water.
