1. She Meditates

Pedroche revealed some of her wellness and exercise tips on this Instagram post. She says that she likes to do meditation and breathing exercises. She writes, “Hands on knees and movement back and forth accompanied by breathing. We inspire and bring the chest forward, exhale and go back, making us a ball.” "Many relaxation practices use breathing techniques to promote a state of calm. Deep breathing can decrease the effect of stress on your mind and body. It also can slow your heartbeat and lower or stabilize blood pressure. We can't avoid all the sources of stress in our lives, nor would we want to. But, we can develop healthier ways of responding to them," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Goes Running

Pedroche likes to go running as a way to stay in shape. This is one of the ways she exercises while she’s on vacation. Pedroche posted this photo on Instagram of herself after a run in Central Park. She captioned the post, “​​I came so high after running 10k through Central Park that I recorded a TikTok.”

3. She Still Indulges

Pedroche still indulges in some of her favorite foods. She posted this photo of herself eating ramen at a restaurant on Instagram. Pedroche captioned the photo, “I love to eat and I'm always hungry. She captioned the post, “The first time I came to Blue Hill at Stone Barns, something changed in me. What they did with the vegetables seemed incredible to me and it was something that I had never tried. This time I thought I would like it but maybe it wouldn't surprise me so much, but it surprised me even more. How much intelligence and taste when cooking and treating vegetables. Poetry and flavor. At once!”

5. She Gains Flexibility
