1. She Works Out Her Legs

Pedroche shares a lot of her favorite exercises on Instagram. And she makes sure to not skip leg day. She shared this video on Instagram detailing some of her favorite lower body exercises. In it, Pedroche is seen doing exercises like squats and squat lunges with weights, standing donkey kicks with weights, and using the leg press machine. She captioned it, “I need to train to feel good. When I finish it is that I feel that nothing and nobody can stop me. I'm going to eat the world.”

2. She Works Out Her Upper Body

Pedroche makes sure to workout her entire body. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing some upper body exercises. In it, Pedroche does tricep curls and uses cables. She captioned it, “Simple exercises to improve the posterior shoulder muscle. I have a little shoulder pain, and yesterday @jesus.serrano.fisio sent me these exercises to do 3-4 times a week, before my workout routine. Thought you might find these useful so I'm sharing.”

3. She Stretches

Pedroche always remembers to stretch. She shared this video on Instagram of some of her favorite stretches. In it, Pedroche does oblique, heel, and leg stretches. She captioned it, “Activation exercises. To be on fire all day. Feel free to repeat them as many times as you like. Flow with your breath.”

4. She Does Yoga

Pedroche loves to do yoga as a way of staying in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram detailing her journey to getting into yoga. She captioned the post, “The secret of success for me is perseverance. The first two photos are from now, and the last one from February 2017, when I started practicing yoga. But I recognize that the progress that I am most proud of is not the one that is seen. The truth is that I'm better than ever.”

5. She Swims
