1. She Works With Trainers
Lowe revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Grazia. She says that she likes to work with personal trainers to help her stay in shape. Lowe also says that they help her stay motivated. "At my gym, the trainers are really like life coaches. And for the past two years it's been about them hammering all those insecurities out of me."
2. She Doesn’t Diet

In her Grazia interview, Lowe opened up about the pressure to stay thin. She says that she is working on focusing on herself, and that she doesn’t like to restrict herself or diet. "I just like food too much,” she says. “It is one of the great pleasures.”
