She Doesn’t Diet or Try to Be Skinny

Despite being a model, Daisy says that she feels no pressure to either diet or keep her weight down. In fact, she says dieting doesn’t suit her. “I just like food too much – it is one of the great pleasures,” she told Grazia in 2013. Daisy said she realized that she didn’t like being really thin after a break up. For wellness, “I exercise, i dance, I love Pilates & barre & yoga… I try my best. I have had issues with my hormones and my thyroid so my body does fluctuate drastically with my time of the month & with my stress levels (and how much I am comfort eating) I treat myself with my favourite delicious snacks, sometimes those treats are naughty & that’s ok… I love cooking & I love eating, I love real soul food… and it’s still a process everyday but I love my body. I want to talk to myself with that feeling of love and acceptance, understanding & gratitude…I hope you can find all the love in your own cells today. I’m thinking of you & sending you so much love.”

Daisy told the British talk show, Loose Women, that she always makes time for self-care, and she has some got-tos. Lowe says, “I love mediation, I love crystals and salt healing baths. If I’ve had a hard day that’s how I wash it off. I do it first thing when I wake up every morning so my phone doesn’t get in the way. It organises my head. Without it I’m frazzled.”
