1. She Follows The 3-2-1 Diet

According to Johnson’s trainer, Ramona Braganza, the actress has followed the “3-2-1 Diet”, especially while filming the 50 Shades films. Braganza describes Johnson’s diet to Healthista saying, “It’s just proportions, when to eat, smaller meals and more meals. If you’re thinking breakfast, complex carbs like oatmeal and a poached egg are great. [I recommend] leaner meat and fish, salads, and definitely eating in a way that the food is grilled, not fried. Every now and then, you have that glass of wine, but you’re not drinking a bottle of wine every night. You have to just moderate yourself.”

2. She Focuses on Abs

Johnson’s trainer, Ramona Braganza, says that Johnson likes to focus on ab workouts. "Abs, for her, were important," Braganza says to Cosmopolitan. "When she noticed her oblique muscles coming through, she was proud of that. She felt pretty confident." Braganza told Healthista that Johnson’s ab workouts were “Pilates based” and included moves like lying leg and tricep extensions, oblique rotations, and walking planks.

3. She Focuses on Toning

Johnson likes to keep her body toned, and often does workouts that focus on toning. When working with Johnson during 50 Shades of Grey, trainer Ramona Braganza told Healthista, “Dakota was already was fairly lean, so it’s not like there was weight to lose. She wanted to be more toned, and for toning, you definitely need resistance. You also need to just do it the right amount of time and intensity.” Braganza also says that she adjusted her typical workout routine for Johnson. “I adjusted it to be more body weight and light weights, not much more than five pounds of weight, with more reps and intensity. That weight may not be light for some people, but holding them for a longer period of time trains the muscles, rather than tears them.”

4. She Does Hot Yoga

Johnson is a fan of yoga, specifically hot yoga, and goes to classes regularly. "She'd sometimes take hot yoga classes on her own before or after shooting in addition to seeing me," her trainer, Ramona Braganza says of the actress to Cosmopolitan. Braganza also says to Healthista that the actress “did hot yoga on her own twice a week”, while working on 50 Shades of Grey.

5. She Does Dance-Based Workouts

Johnson is a fan of toning, and she does a lot of dance-based workouts. Johnson’s trainer, Ramona Braganza, tells Healthista, “It was more of a dancer type approach that I used. Much of our warm up was stretching, all dance-related.” Braganza also revealed that the actress worked with a ballet coach as well.

Justified star Kaitlyn Dever had a fun-filled trip to the lake with friends, and shared highlights of her hijinks on Instagram. Dever, who played Loretta McCready on the show, posted a picture of herself wearing a black one-piece swimsuit with a white shirt on top, posing on a boat on the water. Another video showed her driving the boat, and riding on a jet ski. Dever has been in the public eye since she was young—here’s how she makes it work.

1. Red Carpet Looks

Beverly,Hills,,Ca.,March,12,,2023:,Kaitlyn,Dever,At,TheShutterstock

Dever loves prepping for big red carpet events. “I’m really inspired by my friends, my fellow actors and the make-up looks they bring out into the world,” she says. “I’m always seeing things on Instagram and wanting to try new things. Recently, I’ve been really into doing a little bit of something on the eye and keeping my skin very clean, glowy and young. I don’t ever want to look older than I am, I want to look my age!”

2. Natural Beauty

Los,Angeles,-,Jun,14:,Kaitlyn,Dever,Arrives,For,HuluısShutterstock

Dever likes a clean, natural look when it comes to style and makeup. “My mom is constantly helping me with everything,” she says. “One thing she always told me was to never pluck my eyebrows, ever, ever, ever. I don’t do anything to my eyebrows now so I’m grateful for that advice! That and wearing sunscreen - I’ve been wearing sunscreen everyday since I was 15 years old. I get dressed up so often, so on the days I don’t have to I'm most likely wearing super baggy clothes, tennis shoes and not a lot of make-up. I’m still trying to to get a smokey eye down, but, if I'm going out with my friends I do winged eyeliner – I've actually got really good at it! I've mastered using a felt tip pen liquid liner.”

3. Calm Before the Storm

Young,Female,Relaxing,In,Warm,Bath,With,Foam,Bubbles,AndShutterstock

Dever preps for big events by relaxing as much as possible. “My plan is to have a long, warm bath and hang out there for a while,” she says. “More coffee probably. Then music is key. I have to put on music. Maybe some John Denver, or I've been listening to a lot of Eric Clapton recently. When the nerves kick in, I might need a quick glass of champagne too…”

4. Proud of Unbelievable

Dever is incredibly proud of her role on Netflix series Unbelievable. "We screened Unbelievable for several congressmen and congresswomen,” she says. “We were trying to get the Debbie Smith [Reauthorization] Act passed, which essentially eliminates rape-test backlog. I could feel that we were making a difference. [The law passed in 2019.] Since Unbelievable came out, I've had so many people sharing their stories with me. It means the world to me."

5. Always Evolving

Dever thrives on being challenged. "I do things that scare me sometimes, but I'm almost addicted to that feeling," she says. “I love mixing it up. I never want to be set in stone with anything I do. There are endless opportunities in this industry, and I'm constantly reminding myself that I can make anything possible for myself."

Adam Driver works with trainer, Simon Waterson, to keep himself in shape for the Star Wars movies. He had all of that motivation. It was more about slowing him down.”

4. Harrison Ford

"I think my rule would be balance if I was going to have a rule,” she says. “It's so connected to fitness: The more fitness you do, the more you have a better, healthier diet. I make a pretty mean tomato-vegetable soup, which is fresh tomatoes and every vegetable you can think of: courgettes—you call them zucchini—capers, carrots, onions. I'll put in as many vegetables as possible to get a massive vitamin hit. When I'm shooting and the days are long, I try to have dried fruit and snacks like that to keep my energy up. And I think you have to treat yourself sometimes; otherwise you'll go crazy."

It was just something that wasn’t accessible to me in my younger years. But I think we’re living in a different world! "I've been flying a lot and it's the old adage of put your mask on first and then you put your child's on," she adds. "And it's counterintuitive because as a parent, you just want to take care of your child, but the truth is if I don't take care of me, I can't take care of you. So that, to me, is self care."

It's normal to kind of experiment and go off your path and try to look like someone else, try to act like someone else, and try to fit into a box that you don't fit into. I think that's the journey that we're all on as women.”

Adam Scott plays Ed Mackenzie. He talked about finding success in his 30’s to Men’s Health. “I’m happy it happened that way because I love the stuff that I’m doing now. I love the people I work with, and the stuff I’ve found, and that’s found me. If I would have had the same opportunities when I was 22, there’s a good chance I would have squandered them. I know my work wouldn’t have been any good. This all came at a time when I was finally ready to do it in my life, personally.”

7. James Tupper

James Tupper plays Nathan Carlson on the show. In an interview, he revealed that Alicia Silverstone inspired him to eat a vegan diet. “I started eating vegan food. That's all I had. 8. Kathryn Newton

When eaten as part of a balanced diet, eggs provide multiple health benefits and are unlikely to pose a risk for heart disease.”

Wahlberg is also seen enjoying salmon. The Mayo Clinic states that salmon has a lot of benefits. “Seafood in general, and salmon in particular, is a good choice for protein in the diet. If you can use salmon in place of a higher fat meat, that's even better. Salmon is probably best known for its omega-3 fatty acids. Called EPA and DHA, these fats may support heart health, brain function and healthy joints.”

He Likes Lemon Juice

He Likes Olive Oil

Your body uses it to build and repair tissue.”

Rita Ora isn’t just a chart-topping singer and TV star—she’s also serious about staying fit. Whether she’s lighting up the stage with hits like Black Widow or guessing contestants on The Masked Singer, Ora makes sure to carve out time for the gym. In a recent Instagram post captioned "Come to the gym with me," she gave fans an inside look at her workout routine, and it’s packed with powerhouse moves. From treadmill runs to Pilates, here’s exactly how she keeps her body in top shape.

She Strength Trains

Ora is seen using dumbbells and a weighted shoulder press machine in her Instagram video. Both of these are considered strength training exercises. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

The first thing Ora does at the gym is run on the treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that this has a lot of benefits. “Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet it’s easier on your knees and joints than outdoor running. This is the most popular advantage of working out on a treadmill workouts. Besides, these workouts burn calories at a faster rate than other aerobic exercises. To burn calories even faster, you just need to run longer and faster on the machine.”

She Does Tricep Exercises

Ora is seen doing tricep curls in her Instagram video. Gymless says that all tricep workouts have a lot of benefits. “Our triceps muscles enable us to extend the elbows, and it is a powerful extender of the forearm. Triceps are often used for pushing, which is utilized in our everyday activities such as opening a door, inserting a plug into a socket, or moving furniture across the room.“

She Does Leg Presses

Ora is also seen using the leg press machine in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that this exercise is very beneficial. “The leg press is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work a variety of muscles in the lower body. Specifically, the leg press targets the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thighs, the gluteal muscles in the buttocks, the hamstring muscles in the back of the thighs, and the calves, all in an integrated fashion. Since the leg press works several muscles at once, it's an especially efficient way to strengthen your lower body.”

She Does Pilates

The last workout that Ora is seen doing in her Instagram video is a session on the Pilates reformer. Pilates has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”
