1. She Struggled with Her Weight

During the Chasing Glory podcast Dana revealed that she struggled to lose weight. "Obviously, body image to me was a huge problem. But over - I'd say a year-and-a-half to two years - I've never been happier," she said. “I was thinking about losing weight and dieting, [but] it [had] the reverse effect. I've changed my sense of training. Within WWE, training is essential; we always have to train. But I don't stress out as much as I once did."
2. She Has Mad Self-Confidence
Dana has mad self-confidence and doesn’t listen to outside chatter. “My Day #flexfriday - My biggest Flex is I’m secure within … I don’t listen or let anything effect my state of mind!” she wrote on Instagram. “People wanna guess stuff is about them and come back with some dumb shit- NEWSFLASH I don’t waste my breathe or talk negative, I state facts where it matters and it’s not on you! - People wanna come on here saying - I look different, I’m fat, I’m skinny, I got to much work done, I look better this way, or that way!! ITS HARD WORK- MOST DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN YA LOSE WEIGHT.. ya lose weight in your face! Haven’t touched my face .. don’t plan on it either - no nose job, no lips in over 2 years, no facelift- I bust my ass everyday like I have been my entire life and SECURE WITH WHO I AM .. and what I’m about!!! No one needs this Body-shaming that I’ve seen all week long with women! It’s sad! And in FACT it means ur not secure about YOURSELF! So I know what imma do.. Is flex on 💪🏼 CONFIDENCE IS KEY.”
3. She Trains Hard
Dana’s workouts are no joke. In one Instagram video she completed four sets of multiple exercises, including moves like bicep curls, leg raises, chest presses and a lot more. Below is her go-to routine, which she does four times through.

4. She Rides Horses
Dana enjoys riding horses. “I started riding & started lessons for equestrian riding! I have always had an interest for this & every since I was little horses have been my favorite animal!! This is just such an escape for me, the connection with the horses is the most peaceful feeling, & learning a brand new sport feels so amazing!” she wrote in an Instagram post.
5. She Boxes
Like most WWE fighters, boxing is a big part of her training. “Dont call it a comeback… I stay ready!! @commanderzero keeps me ON POINT & ready for anything at anytime! since @uly_monster fight, I trained but not as much in boxing since we were more focused on him! It feels so good to be back hitting mitts again!” she captioned a post.
