Days of Our Lives star Camila Banus just had the best trip to Tampa, Florida, and was thrilled to get some sand in between her toes. Banus, 33, looked deliriously happy posing in a sparkling pool while wearing a polka dot and orange bikini, with matching orange sunglasses against a swanky resort background. “Happy girl,” she captioned the vibrant post. “Love seeing your happiness!” a fan commented. Here’s what Banus’s fitness and wellness routine looks like.

1. She Fasts

Los,Angeles,,Ca,Usa,-,November,12,,2022.,Camila,BanusShutterstock

Banus’s meals revolve around protein. “I fast until about 10 or 11 a.m. because normally, I like to work out in the morning," she says. "So I will do a green juice from a company called Garden of Life. And then I get some solid food in around 11, and that’s anything that has to do with protein, like oatmeal or eggs or even some turkey. It’s important to have carbs in the morning, so I complement that with some toast and a little bit of juice. For lunch, I usually have my heaviest meal. I have an obsession with rice but white rice is really bad for you, so I’ve been transitioning into doing brown rice with a healthy amount of protein, whether that’s plant-based protein or chicken or turkey. And then for dinner, I try to have a substantial meal but not as much as lunch. Spinach is my favorite, so I do spinach and chicken or any type of protein."

2. Skating Outdoors

When gyms were closed during COVID, Banus had to switch up her exercise routine. “I’ve been going to a program that has outdoor, 45-minute, spaced out classes, so I go five times a week in the morning,” she says. “Sometimes if I feel I didn’t get a good enough workout, I’ll supplement that and do a little more at home. I love to go skating around my neighborhood. It’s a really good total body workout, really good for your core. I also like to do Insanity [on beachbody.com] at home. It’s very much a challenge, so whenever I feel I need to get my butt kicked, I do that.”

3. Miami Girl

Banus is grateful for her Miami upbringing. “The upbringing I had was very diverse and I was fortunate to be able to grow up with so many different types of culture and Latinos, being exposed not only to the customs and traditions of my country, Cuba, but also to others such as Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Peru,” she says. “I had so many friends who were Nicaraguan, Honduran, and it was beautiful. Miami is a melting pot of Latinos, and not just Latinos but people from all over the world.”

4. Fitness Rules

Pasadena,,Ca,Usa,-,June,24,,2022.,Camila,Banus,AttendsShutterstock

Banus has some good fitness advice she lives by. “Make sure you stretch your body before every workout,” she says. “It’s really important for your muscles to gradually warm themselves up so you don’t tear them in a bad way. Drink water. It’s not only important for your muscles but for your bones and joints. Even if you don’t have equipment, use a towel or a chair or your body weight. Start small. Ten minutes, five minutes, one minute. You did one minute today, maybe tomorrow you’ll do two.”

5. Latina Role Model

Banus is proud to represent her culture on a major daytime soap. “I’m really proud to be playing a Latina on daytime television for 10 years,” she says. “Portraying Gabi Josephina Hernandez to the best of my abilities, being able to go in there and meet so many amazing people and learn from so many people, but also to carry just Latinas in general for little girls that would be able to watch the show and say, ‘There’s somebody on there who looks like me and speaks Spanish,’ means a lot. It’s really nice to carry that for Latinos in general, for being somebody whose mother is from a really terrible communist regime in Cuba, who came to this country to become a better person and provide for her family, and for me to be the first generation is really amazing.”

While you’re outside soaking up rays, your body is busy making vitamin D. That’s good news, because this hormone that’s boosted by exposure to sunlight plays an important role in women’s health,” says Johns Hopkins.

Sweet Tooth star Dania Ramirez loves any chance to get back to her roots in the Dominican Republic, especially during the holidays. Ramirez, who plays Aimee Eden on the show, shared a picture of herself relaxing in the sunshine, wearing a white bikini and straw hat. “Goddess,” an admiring fan commented. Ramirez works hard and plays hard—here’s how she does it, and how the star feels about being a Scorpio.

1. Biking Workouts

Los,Angeles,-,Oct,6:,Dania,Ramirez,At,The,StepShutterstock

Ramirez was in the best shape of her life while filming the 2012 movie Premium Rush. “It was hard to film the movie, period,” she says. “To be on bikes, remembering lines while riding all over New York City in the middle of traffic. You can’t tell a New Yorker, ‘Oh you can’t cross right now because we’re shooting a movie.’ They don’t care! I always felt like I was on the verge of crashing. I fell so many times; I can’t even begin to tell you. It was intense. But I was in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life. [Biking] works you out everywhere. It’s a whole-body workout. My abs were, like, out of control and my arms were super-diesel.”

2. Scorpio Passion

Beverly,Hills,,Ca,Usa,-,February,24,,2023:,Dania,RamirezShutterstock

Ramirez is most attracted to confidence and honesty. “Knowing how to be laid-back,” she says. “And enjoying the moment. I have a tattoo on my arm that says, ‘Live, Love, Life,’ and that’s how I live life. If you can somehow figure out a way to do that, you can get with me... I’m a Scorpio, I’m a primal kind of beast at heart. I like passion. Anybody who’s passionate about what you do, passionate about what you eat, passionate about working out. I feel like passionate people are gonna be passionate all across the board. That’s all I’m gonna say about that.”

3. Postpartum Diet

Ramirez had to get right back to filming Devious Maids after giving birth, so she worked hard to feel like herself again, quickly. “I stuck with mostly fruits and vegetables right after I gave birth,” she says. “I wanted to get accustomed to eating really healthfully and to having smaller portions throughout the day. Also, I like to feel healthy. I know that when I'm looking better and I'm eating right, I also feel better. You get so much out of the extra effort that you put into looking your best. The key to being confident is taking care of yourself and feeling like you're the best you can be.”

4. Beauty Routine

Electric,Brush,Cleanser,On,A,Wooden,Background.Shutterstock

Ramirez keeps her beauty routine simple. “I have less time, but certain things remain the same,” she says. “For instance, I still always take my makeup off, no matter how tired I am,” she says. “The babies are teething and waking up at night, so I use my MAC wipes as a shortcut. In the mornings I try to find time to use my Clarisonic brush. Being able to really clean my pores has changed my skin completely. I used to take the time to contour my skin perfectly, but now I just even it out quickly with foundation and then add a little bronzer on my cheeks.”

5. She’s a Free Spirit

Ramirez has always been a free spirit. “I’m pretty open, I say anything,” she says. “It gets me in trouble sometimes. I was that 13-year-old kid coming home with my 17-year-old boyfriend because I can’t hide! I try to dive into something completely new. That’s a lot like my personality. I’m fearless in that way. I can take a trip by myself to Guatemala with a pair of jeans and a few T-shirts and be completely in my element and be cool. Live Love Life!”

During the heart of the pandemic, “I feel like at the beginning I was kind of working out in an unhealthy way. I think I was just going for it because I felt like that was something I could control and of course that wasn’t sustainable. And I wasn’t really going online or taking classes or anything like that because I - I don’t know I felt like I had to deal with this on my own, but that wasn’t sustainable so I kind of fell off and now I’m really looking forward to introducing some new stuff into my routine as well, you know before I was on this working out alone tip and I’m LONELY now. I want to connect with people so this is an exciting way,” she told HOLA.

2. This is What She Listens to When Working Out

3. This is Her Morning Ritual

“I have hot water and lemon every morning before I eat anything. I drink that so my stomach settles and because it’s good for your digestion. Plus, the lemon gives me an energy boost that I can’t get from coffee. It’s part of my morning ritual, and rituals are really good to balance stress and anxiety. This one really helps me a lot,” she told Glamour.

4. This is One Go-To Meal

“That would be a vegetable stir-fry because it’s so easy. I put olive oil, salt, pepper, a little paprika to have a little spice, and a little bit of apple cider vinegar to give it a bit of a tangy flavor. I make it with couscous or rice, and then grab the vegetables from the fridge and put them in a stir-fry. You can have a meal for two days,” she told Glamour.

5. She’s a Warrior

Guerrero is an activist, and has written about the deportation of her Colombian parents, which happened when she was just 14, in her shattering memoir In the Country We Love. (She also wrote My Family Divided, a coming-of-age memoir.) “My last name means warrior,” Guerrero said. “I am the daughter of immigrants. It’s not my entire identity, but certainly informs it. I’ve been able to use that truth to really propel me forward in a time where the odds were really against me. And a lot of the odds are against a lot of people who go through separation or the systemic barriers that are in place for a lot of black and brown women,” she told SheKnows.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
