Drink Apple Cider Vinegar Mixed with Water
In a personal vlog Daniella details her morning rituals, and one of the first things she does when she wakes up is drink a glass of apple cider vinegar mixed with water. She admits that it doesn't taste good but is incredibly healthy.
Eat a Nutritious Breakfast
Daniela isn't a fan of intermittent fasting, and likes to start her day with a healthy and hearty breakfast. Her go-to? A bowl of oats, flaxseed, peanut butter, and coconut.
Dance
Daniella clearly burns a lot of calories from dancing, which is a great full-body workout that builds strength and promotes flexibility while aiding in weight loss. It even promotes cardiovascular function, according to a 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine. The study found that those who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
Drink Coffee
Daniella loves a cup of coffee. "Always feel ready to take on the day after a good cup of coffee✨ What about you? How do you guys start your morning:))?" she captioned this photo of her morning coffee. Should you indulge in a cup of Joe? A new 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology says yes. It found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
Meal Prep
Daniella sets herself up for dietary success by meal prepping for herself and her husband. Most of her meals consist of veggies, tofu or other lean proteins, quinoa, and good fats like avocado and hummus. A few of her go-to meals? Salmon salad and zucchini, organic chicken bowl with veggies, and a chicken, broccoli and beet bowl.
