1. She Works With Trainers

Ospina, like many, works with a personal trainer to help her stay in shape. She posts a lot of gym videos on Instagram of herself working out with her trainer, Yas. She and Yas posted this video on her Instagram announcing a workout challenge. She captioned it, “I wanted to share this new challenge of the hand of @getcoolto and @yaspersonaltrainer called Enpower, where you will find 4 weeks of workouts that you can do from home or in a gym, we will work all possible muscle parts where we will focus each to day one in particular and also we will have cardio. It's not going to be easy but nothing that has results is easy.”
2. She Works Out Her Arms

Ospina does a lot of different types of workouts when she’s at the gym. She also makes sure to work out her entire body. Ospina and her personal trainer, Yas, shared some arm workouts in this Instagram video. In it, they are seen using TRX cables, pushing a wheel while in a plank, and using battle ropes. 3. She Does Squats
Ospina doesn’t skip leg day. She makes sure to workout her lower body. One exercise she likes to do are squats and squat variations. Ospina does a lot of ab and core workouts. One exercise she likes to do is a plank. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself in a plank.
