Recently Daniella revealed what a typical morning is like for her via her personal vlog. What is the first thing she consumes in the morning? A glass of apple cider vinegar mixed with water. She admits that it doesn't taste good but is incredibly healthy. "Some studies suggest that apple cider vinegar could lower cholesterol," says Lisa Hayim, registered dietitian and founder of The WellNecessities to our sister site Eat This, Not That! "In a study done on non-diabetic rats, they found that rats who were fed a diet with apple cider vinegar had a significant reduction of LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol linked to heart disease), and increase in HDL (the good kind)."

She Eats a Nutritious Breakfast

Because her day involves a lot of physical fitness, Daniella makes sure to fuel up with a healthy and hearty breakfast. Her go-to? A bowl of oats, flaxseed, peanut butter, and coconut. "Soluble fiber, which dissolves in water, forms a gel in the intestines. This gel traps some of the cholesterol in your body, so it's eliminated as waste instead of entering your arteries. Some evidence also suggests that eating oats helps regulate blood sugar levels and helps you feel full," says Harvard Health.

She Dances

Daniella's main fitness method is dancing, a great full body workout that builds strength and promotes flexibility, while aiding in weight loss and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine showed that those who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

She Drinks Coffee

"Always feel ready to take on the day after a good cup of coffee✨ What about you? How do you guys start your morning:))?" Daniella captioned this photo of her morning coffee. Should you indulge in a cup of Joe? A new 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology says yes. It found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

She Meal Preps

Daniella meal preps for herself and her husband. Most of her meals consist of veggies, tofu or other lean proteins, quinoa, and good fats like avocado and hummus. A few of her go-to meals? Salmon salad and zucchini, organic chicken bowl with veggies, and a chicken, broccoli and beet bowl.
