Danielle Busby is heating up Meixco in her swimsuit. The OutDaughtered star shows off her incredibly fit figure in bathing suits in one of her latest social media posts. "Mama & Daddy Buzz snuck away for a mini vacation to riviera Maya. We chased the sun🌞, took naps on the beach 🏖️ , swam with the sea turtle 🐢, adventured through a hidden Cenote and most importantly enjoyed our friends and some alone time," she captioned the Instagram Reel. She Spins

Danielle enjoys spinning so much she and her husband partnered with friends to open up a spin studio, Rush Cycle. "Rush Cycle is a 45-minute indoor cycling class," she told ABC13 in February 2018. "You get a 45-minute full-body workout on a stationary bike. You're going to get a lot of cardio. You're going to do some upper body and abs, and you'll also do some weights in the class." She also rides a Peloton bike.

She Fuels Up with Protein Shakes

Danielle packs a lot of protein into her diet. She starts the day with vitamins and also a protein shake.

She Drinks Smoothies

Danielle also makes a lot smoothies – for herself and her kids. She likes to toss veggies into them, masking the flavor with sweet fruit. "We like to kind of hide it in as many things as we can," she said in a YouTube video making a smoothie. "So we're gonna do a smoothie with lots of spinach."

She Is Mindful of Her Muscles

Danielle tries to sneak movement in whenever she can. "I try my best to be mindful about 'what muscle is this working?' and 'how can I make it look better while at home all day with babies?'" she explained in a video.

She Does Sit Ups and Push Ups

In a video for TLC's YouTube channel, Busby revealed that two exercises helped her get back into shape after both pregnancies. "Sit-ups and push-ups were like the key … after I had the babies, after I had Blayke actually, just to help me slowly get back into things was sit-ups and push-ups every day," she said. "Push ups & sit ups… [it's] like a must do," she wrote on her Buzz World blog. "I love starting the day off with those! (Get the quints milk warming in the microwave, press start on the coffee pot, and then hit the pushups and sit-ups for the 3 minutes it takes to warm the milk cups)."
