Reality TV personality Danielle Lloyd is on vacation with her family. One thing they are doing is spending time at the pool. Lloyd posted a new series of photos on Instagram. In it, she posed in a black halter two piece bathing suit. She captioned the post, "Just me trying to pretend am cool, when really I don't have time to think being a mom of 5." She Works On Her Anxiety

Lloyd opened up about her wellness routine to Closer. She revealed that she is struggling with anxiety, and is going to therapy and doing other things at home to help her. "People say, 'You're on the telly, how can you have anxiety?' – they haven't got a clue. We all have the same worries. It's hard to know what the trigger is, but I'm a shy person and life can be hectic. Earlier, I had so much anxiety, my heart was beating out of my chest at what felt like a million times an hour. I was breathing heavily and felt sick. I've learned it's better to leave the house, see people and talk about it, as that's therapy in itself. I've also started doing breathing exercises at home."

She Weight Trains

In 2019, Lloyd was preparing for her wedding. She revealed how she was staying in shape to Closer. "I lift heavy weights, so I look more toned." "A study in the March 2017 issue of Bone found long-term weight training can increase bone density in men. In the study, men with low bone mass were split into two groups. One group performed regular weight training, such as lunges and squats using free weights. The other group performed various types of jumps. After a year, the researchers found that the men doing weight training had higher levels of IGF-1, a hormone associated with bone growth, compared with the men doing jumps," says Harvard Health.

She Works Out With Others

Lloyd tells Closer that she likes to work out with other people to help motivate her. She says that she likes to workout with a personal trainer to keep herself in shape. When her trainer is busy, she has an alternative. "When I'm not with my trainer, Michael will boss me about in the gym – he's lost just under 2st, too."

She Sees A Nutritionist

Lloyd tells Closer that she is changing her diet to help herself lose weight. She revealed that she sought help from a nutritionist to figure out what she had to change. "I also saw a nutritionist and now eat a certain amount of carbs, protein and veg. I even weigh the amount of oil I use – it really does work."

She Rides Jet-Skis

Lloyd loves to spend time by the water. One thing she likes to do is ride jet-skis. She posted this set of photos of her family jet-skiing in Dubai on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Had the best morning with my family!"
