Danna understands the importance of breaking a sweat, but also emphasizes inner work as well. "I like exercise but I feel the beauty comes from internal fullness, from internal beauty – when you feel good on the inside you look good on the outside," she explained to Evening Standard. One of her go-to forms of physical fitness? Dancing. She also enjoys stand-up paddleboarding.

Mental health is much more important to Danna than anything else. "Self Love, Self Care!" she responded when asked about her priorities. "First I take care of myself mentally – mental health is the most important. I try to listen to myself, spent time alone, detox from social media and apps, etc. I also try to dedicate time to myself with my family, friends and people I love."

Paola also takes plenty of time for herself. "I always have 'me' time. I have learned to balance my personal life and my career, so I make time for myself. I dedicate five minutes to meditate or I can give myself moments alone, writing, doing exercise, listening to music, and poetry," she told Evening Standard.

She Gets a Lot of Sleep

Despite her incredibly busy, jet-setting life, Paola understands the importance of shut-eye and makes it a priority. "I try to sleep 8 hours, although sometimes it's impossible I try to," she confessed. "Deciding how much sleep you need means considering your overall health, daily activities, and typical sleep patterns. Some questions that you help assess your individual sleep needs include:

  • Are you productive, healthy, and happy on seven hours of sleep? Or have you noticed that you require more hours of sleep to get into high gear?
  • Do you have coexisting health issues? Are you at higher risk for any disease?
  • Do you have a high level of daily energy expenditure? Do you frequently play sports or work in a labor-intensive job?" says the Sleep Foundation.
