1. Cracking Down Before Filming

Potratz and her castmates all make an effort to look and feel their best before filming starts on Selling Sunset. “So there’s something called ‘show shape’ that we all say,” she explains. “And I know that Jason and Brett [Oppenheim] are very serious about that as well. They’re big into working out and dieting… we all try to cut carbs and sugar, and we really want to be in the best shape.”
2. Indoor Rock Climbing

Potratz loves indoor rock-climbing for a fun and exhilarating workout. “Rock climbing trains you to push past your physical and psychological limits,” says International and Medical Aid. “Not only does it set you up for successful climbs in the future, it gives you the tools to tackle other challenges in life. If you can handle rock climbing, the rest should be a cakewalk!”
3. Full-Body Workouts

Potratz shares her workouts with fans, like this full body workout: “Don’t have much time but want a full body workout? Try these two exercises,” she says. “Hip thrusts with horizontal press and curtsy lunge-squat with vertical press, try 5lbs weights or whatever you’re comfortable with.”
4. She Loves Cheese

Potratz enjoys cheese as part of her diet, especially when she’s in Europe. “Cheese is one of the best foods for healthy teeth for a number of reasons,” according to the University of Illinois at Chicago. “First, it is low in sugar and high in calcium. It contains casein, which is a protein that is particularly useful for fortifying tooth enamel. Cheese is high in calcium, which is important for maintaining bone density.”
5. Glam Squad
Like many others who are on high-profile TV shows, Potratz has a glam squad at the ready. “I certainly have spray tan people, and you want to try to find the best one for you that’s available on a whim, because a lot of times it’s like, ‘We need this now!'” she says. “Christine and I have our nail people and hair people that we love. We’re preparing for that. It’s best to have many options available at all times, because you never know what kind of scene you’re going to be in.”
