Burning Man has just happened. And many celebrities decided to attend the festivity. One of them was Selling Sunset cast member, Davina Potratz. She posted a fun video from the day. In it, Potratz danced in a gold bikini top, leopard print pants, and a large pearl necklace. She captioned the video, “Fire starter.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Gets In Shape Before Filming
Before a season of Selling Sunset starts production, Potratz makes sure to look camera-ready. She tells Page Six that she and her castmates all get healthy before filming begins. “So there’s something called ‘show shape’ that we all say,” Potratz laughed. “And I know that Jason and Brett [Oppenheim] are very serious about that as well. They’re big into working out and dieting.”
2. She Takes Vitamins

Potratz revealed some of her favorite wellness products to Page Six. She says that she makes sure to take vitamins each day. 3. She Ignores The Social Media Haters
Being a cast member on a reality show can be difficult, especially when it comes to social media. However, Potratz says that she ignores the haters. “I really pay very, very little attention to them,” she says on Cosmopolitan’s The Big Beauty Podcast. “I honestly think for anyone in the world to waste their precious attention and time to hate on anyone is really sad. They were not there. They don't know me. They don't know the rest of the cast. They don't know the full extent of the conversation that was had. So they're not in the position to judge they're, you know, seeing a show.”
4. She Believes In Moderation

Potratz revealed her approach to eating on The Big Beauty Podcast. She says that she is a believer in moderation. “I think that you can have almost anything you like, as long as you don't over indulge,” she says. “If you really like cookies or you really like a certain pie or whatever it is then have a little, so you don't feel like you're starving yourself, but you don't have the whole piece.”
5. She Eats Healthy
Potratz revealed some of her favorite foods to The Big Beauty Podcast. She says that she eats pretty healthy. “I have a lot of fish, I don't eat a lot of red meat and salads, and I used to never eat breakfast. And so now I really try to have oatmeal at least to have some sort of carbohydrate that's complex carb to kind of get you through the day.”
