Debby Ryan has done a lot of things in her career. She first became known for her work on the Disney Channel. Ryan starred in sitcoms The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Jessie. She also starred in the Disney Channel movies 16 Wishes and Radio Rebel. Ryan then played the lead role on the Netflix show Insatiable. She just shared a stunning new set of photos and videos from her vacation on Instagram this week. In some of them, she sat in a hot tub in a red bathing suit. She Educated Herself On Skincare

Ryan opened up about her skincare routine in an interview with Vogue. She says that she decided to educate herself on skincare to help herself. "My face just really freaked out actually later in my teens," she says. "You know, when you're a teenager, it's spotty and then I was wearing makeup and under lights and I decided to educate myself as much as possible on what worked for me. And it's so different for everyone."

She Overcame Body Image Issues

Ryan is open about her struggles with body image issues. "Dysmorphia has been a dark passenger of mine for years," she told The Sydney Morning Herald.  "I first noticed it at 13, when I was told to draw an image of my body, and the silhouette and shape of what I saw apparently did not line up at all with what everyone else saw. I don't know to this day if I've ever looked in the mirror and seen what other people see when they look at me. And I have never had a day, not one day, where I looked in the mirror and thought, 'Cool.' It used to be all I wanted but I've accomplished a lot in 12 years, so maybe I don't need that to feel fulfilled any more."

She Ignores What Other People Think

Ryan has been in the public eye since she was young. She tells Teen Vogue that she has learned to ignore other people's opinions of her. "Anything that you say and do [while] trying to find yourself as a young girl can be taken out of context and used against you," she says. "You can't find your value and your identity in other people's perception of you."

She Has Support

Ryan tells Teen Vogue that she has a lot of support around her. She says that her family helped her kick off her acting career. "I have incredible parents," she says. "[They] always told me, 'At any point, if you want to be done, we'll move back to Texas, [and] we will figure it out.'"

She Manages Her Anxiety

​​Ryan opened up about her struggles with anxiety and panic attacks in her Teen Vogue interview. She revealed what she does to manage her feelings of anxiousness and what she does to help with panic attacks. "Doing something like intentional breathing, proactively, and counting six in, eight out," Ryan says. "They're literal, tiny tricks and tips that [have] helped me."
