Just like her mother, actress and reality star, Lisa Rinna, Hamlin says that she likes to dance. She tells HollywoodLife that she likes to take dance classes every week to help her stay active. “I do dance classes, normally twice a week, in Malibu,” she says.

2. She Loves SoulCycle

Dance classes aren’t the only classes Hamlin takes to stay in shape. She tells HollywoodLife that she loves to go to SoulCycle classes as well, especially if she has a modeling job coming up. “Before a shoot, I’ll go to SoulCycle a couple of times a week.”

In a revealing Instagram post, Hamlin opened up about her struggles with mental health, and admits that she didn’t always prioritize it. However, she says that she is working to change that and put herself first. “Right now I must prioritize my mental and physical health although I feel weirdly guilty doing so,” she admits. “I may post when I feel up to it, but I may just take some time off Instagram to rest and heal.”

In another Instagram post, Hamlin talked about how she deals with unideal situations. She says that she always tries to make the best of things, and lives in the moment. “I must live in the moment and try to stay happy and healthy. In order to do this I’ve been working out, eating healthy, binge watching catfish, taking long baths, taking my dog for walks, breathing in fresh air in nature, and spending time with my family. Let’s try to make this scenario an IDEAL scenario instead of constantly being upset about what is going on. Everything happens for a reason and maybe the universe is trying to tell us to slow down!!!”
