1. She Works With A Trainer
In an interview with Women Fitness, Rose opened up about her wellness routine. In it, she talked about how she stays in shape. “I have an amazing Personal Trainer, Dean DeLandro; he always creates the best training programs for me to reach my goals. I train with Dean four times or more a week for one hour each time. We usually work on my glutes, abs and conditioning my body sessions with some cardio.”
2. She Eats Healthy

Rose talked about her diet in her Women Fitness interview. “I am always very aware of what I eat and love eating healthily,” she says. Rose says that she has cut some things out of her diet to make it healthier. “I try to avoid as much carbs as I can,” she revealed. “And I never eat bread, pasta and I avoid sugar at all costs.”
3. She’s The Best Version Of Herself
Rose aims to be the best version of herself. For her, that means being as healthy as she can and having a good attitude. “I’d say confidence is key, be yourself and be the best version of you that you can be,” she tells Women Fitness. “By working out, having a healthy diet and looking after your skin by cleansing and moisturising well.”
4. She Has Support
Rose has a lot of supportive people in her life. She talked about some of her biggest supporters in her Women Fitness interview. “To be honest, my best friend and my current manager have helped me grow so much more the past year,” she says. “We all share our ideas and discuss what’s best for me to make sure I’m always at my happiest and working hard.”
5. She Plays Tennis
Rose likes to learn new skills. One thing she is learning to do is play tennis. She shared these photos of herself on the court in Ibiza on her Instagram. Rose captioned the post, “Practice makes perfect.” Tennis is both a cardio and aerobic sport. It can improve arm strength and hand eye coordination.
