Van Outen talked about her favorite exercises to Fit & Well Magazine. She says that she does exercises that fit into her busy schedule. “What I do is manageable as a working mum. Fitness is about making me feel good. After school drop-off, I go with some mums to a body pump class.”

2. She Plays Golf

Van Outen and her boyfriend like to golf together. She tells Fit & Well Magazine, “We're like a comedy act on the course, because we do argue quite a lot! I get a good workout, swinging the club is brilliant for bingo wings.”

3. She Loves Granola Bars

Van Outen revealed some of her favorite foods and wellness products to Hello! Magazine. She says that she likes to pack and eat granola bars. "Well, I'm always on the go so I don’t eat early in the mornings, I don’t wake up hungry and I'm always rushing around, like now I've just done the school run and then I'm straight into work mode! So that’s why the belVita bars for me have been amazing because I tend to do a lot of driving. I live in Essex and have to drive into London so they’ve got the new baked bar which is just delicious. I just have that in my bag and then whether I'm on a train or in a car, it gives me a chance to just quickly snack on it, then I will have a quick read of whatever script I've got to learn or my notes and itinerary for the day."

4. She Cut Down Her Alcohol

Van Outen tells Hello! Magazine that she has made a lot of changes to her routine. One of those changes is limiting her alcohol intake. "I just really try to start to look after myself,” she says. “So I cut down all my alcohol intake because I have to look after my voice.”

5. She Takes Vitamins

Another thing Van Outen has started to do more of is taking vitamins. She tells Hello! Magazine, “I try to eat really healthy, I start to take more vitamins. I had an injury on Dancing on Ice which was all publicised, so I've had to really make sure to try and take all my fish oils and calcium, because I cut out a lot of my dairy from my diet about two years ago.”

Rhiannon Lambert in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Your Health Deserves the Truth"

Rhiannon Lambert is a wellness expert and influencer. She shares a lot of her tips and advice on Instagram. In a recent post, Lambert talked about the importance of not believing everything you hear. “⛔️DON’T DRINK TAP WATER⛔️… Did I get you?! 😅 To set the record straight, you absolutely can drink tap water and wash your food in it but a filter may be an investment piece… in fear mongering often there can be underlying tones of truth which make things hard to decipher but nothing is black and white 💦💧Not everything you see online is as healthy as it seems! 🧐This is just one example of the fearmongering I see daily on social media😳People post headlines designed to grab attention, but often without the full picture. It’s easy to get caught up in misinformation, but health decisions should be based on facts, not fear! 🚫If you’re ever unsure about anything related to nutrition or wellness, always talk to a registered nutritionist or dietitian. They’ll give you the evidence-based guidance you need to make informed choices✅”
