Her Diet Is Healthy But Hearty

Devon fuels up with healthy food. "If I'm not working, my typical day starts off with a huge breakfast. I like to incorporate eggs, toast, bacon or a smoothie with Greek yogurt," she told Women Fitness. "I'll most likely workout after breakfast and then join friends for lunch. Following lunch, I run errands and organize myself before my next job or travel day. I like to finish my day with a cozy dinner with friends or I cook for myself at home. If I'm working, I wake up and get a smoothie and head to set and work all day. Depending on when I get off, I either go home and order dinner or meet up with friends."

She Works Out 3 to 5 Days Per Week

Exercise is a big part of Devon's life. "I'm a huge fan of Pilates – I like to do that a couple times a week as well as see my trainer. My trainer is always able to push me harder than I would myself. I also like to incorporate boxing for cardio purposes since I don't love to run. I always workout in the mornings as well. I would say I workout maybe 3-5 times a week," she told Women Fitness.

"I've never been good at dieting," Devon confessed to Women Fitness. "I'm actually a huge foodie and love to cook and bake as well. If I have a big job or show coming up I try to amp up my workout and eat healthier in general. I don't believe in depriving your body – everything in moderation!"

Even Devon struggles to motivate every once and awhile. "If you can get up and get your workout clothes on you'll go to the gym. The worst part for me is just getting them on," she told Women Fitness when asked about her top tips. "If you're not good at pushing yourself, add a personal trainer into the mix to keep you motivated," she added.

Devon has a few go to treatments which involve temperature. "Today I'm feeling very tight and sore, so I do a cryotherapy session after my workout which is really amazing for muscle tightness, soreness, and recovery," she told Hollywood Life about how she takes care of herself the week leading up to a fashion show. Another day, she turns up the heat. "After my workout I head over to the infrared sauna which is amazing for sweating out all the water and toxins in your body! she said.

She Does Dance Cardio

Devon is a fan of Megan Roup's dance inspired workouts. "I am so terrible at cardio but this class is amazing because it's dance cardio… which means I really don't notice how exhausted I am while jumping around! She mixes the dance cardio with light weights, leg weights and sliders which are good for the booty as well as the abs! After the class I head over to this place called Lymbr to go get a quick 30 minute stretch. It is super important to stretch before and after workouts so that you don't injure yourself!" she revealed to Hollywood Life.

She Also Does Pvolve

Devon also does Pvolve workouts. "I really love this workout because it is full of small, slow movements that burn like crazy! This is the best workout for building super long and lean muscle! We use a lot of ankle weights and bands which are two keys for staying strong and slim! After my workout I get a 90 minute medical massage! This massage isn't just for relaxing because the masseuse gets very deep in your muscles and stretches you at the same time. It is almost a bit painful at times but when you're working out so much it is a necessity!" she told Hollywood Life.

Devon told Elle all about her strength training routine. "Well, I like to mix cardio with bodyweight exercises," she said. She trains at the celebrity gym mecca The Dogpound. "I am training with my girlfriend and my trainer, Kirk! I love working out with friends because one, it's more fun, two, it's hard to get out of it, and three, it's more motivating and pushes me to try harder! We did a bunch of body weight exercises, some abs, booty, legs and light arms," she added to Hollywood Life.
