My trainer is always able to push me harder then I would myself. I also like to incorporate boxing for cardio purposes since I don’t love to run. I always workout in the mornings as well. I would say I workout maybe 3-5 times a week.”

3. She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Windsor has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets to Women Fitness. “Every morning and night, I wash my face with Shiseido lucent face wash. Followed by Chanel toner and hydra cream. If my face is craving extra moisture I use Skinfood. I also use Bioderma as a makeup remover because it’s super gentle on the face and not oily.”

5. She Does Ballet-Esque Workouts
Windsor shared her weekly workouts in an interview with Hollywood Life. She says that she likes to do ballet inspired workouts. “Today, I am headed to a ballet-inspired workout class as it’s been a while since I have seen my friend, and professional ballerina, Mary Helen Bowers! I always end up coming back to her every year before the Victoria’s Secret show because her workouts really shed that hard-to-get cellulite on the backs and sides of my thighs and booty. We do a combination of booty kicks and leg raises mixed with some ballet movements like plies.”
