1. She Balances Life and Work
“I have to say, it has been tough!” Windsor told Haute Living about creating a business and having a baby. “It is a blessing and a curse to own your own small business.” She added: “A blessing because I can create my own schedule, then on the flip side, it’s been difficult to take any maternity leave because there are things I need to get done, regardless of having a baby!”
2. She Does Pilates

Her perfect food day mixes a variety of healthy food in New York. “To start my day, I would go to the Egg Shop and get the Buttermilk Biscuit with Honey Butter, and an Egg Sandwich with Gruyere and Caramelized Onions,” she said. “For lunch, I would go to By Chloe — I love the Quinoa Taco salad and Mac n cheese.” She added: “I have a huge sweet tooth and my favorite ice cream place is Morgenstern’s on the [the Lower East Side], so I would have to go there for a snack. For dinner my favorite spot is Carbone; their Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Caesar alla ZZ, and Red Peppers with Mozzarella are all so good, and for dessert their Carrot Cake is one of the best.”
