Dixie works out, but doesn’t force herself to sweat every day “Even though I would love to work out every day and be in the best shape of my life, I don't always have the time,” she told People. She does make exercising her mental health a daily habit, however. “Being able to focus on my mental health and feel better that way, I've seen such a huge change in my life and just how I am as a person.”
2. Do Breathing Exercises
Dixie does “breathing” exercises every day. "I need to breathe, and breathing has really helped me a lot with everything I've done. For a long time, I thought it was kind of silly and a waste of time, but now it's a huge part of my life," she told People. She also revealed in a TikTok video she uses the app Breathwrk. “I love using it to help control my breathing when I’m in a really anxious moment,” she said.

Dixie soared to fame on TikTok by dancing, a great aerobic exercise. “The guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits,” says the Mayo Clinic.
5. Be Athletic
Dixie is a longtime athlete, which has helped her maintain her figure. According to PopBuzz she played hockey for the King Vikings Varsity Field Hockey Team, ran track and cross country and played on her school’s lacrosse team.
